Hey! Instead of a normal chapter today, we'll have a character background check! I'm doing this because we have so many characters that you might have forgotten a few but in a book, it's always important to remember characters.
(If you want to know my work schedule look for my book 'how to begin your own book' and look for the chapter called 'time management' and you'll see my schedule. It shouldn't be very hard because there are only 2 chapters right now and the words for each chapter aren't very long. This also may contain what some people call spoilers. Enjoy!)
Valerie Fin-whip/Nightcrum age 15-23: Fairly naive to the world around her, curious, brave, and very smart. Female lead
Malphus Nightcrum age 16-24: Prince, then King of Riverdale is married off to Lilith White before he marries Valerie. Only nice to people when he wants something out of them. Male lead
Alan Nightcrum age 7: Valerie's first child, former slave
Stanley Cristen age 82: Butler, Malphus' almost-grandfather
Chris Davis age 26: Crazy, thinks he is in love with Valerie, former assistant for the King, becomes the most wanted criminal in Riverdale, Cliffered, Ashton, and Fildeson
Hunter --- age 24: Royal coachmen
Marlen --- age 32: Royal chef
Raver (Rave) Talbert age 29: Servant
Alfred Cannon age 27: Servant
Dorthy Mildred age 15-23: Best friends with Valerie, becomes a house girlfriend while her boyfriend is a salesman
Edwin Highway age 17-25: Is only in a relationship with Dorthy because he likes Valerie, vile, rude, forceful, and is a salesman
Oscar Fin-whip age 16-24: Valerie's second love interest, but first husband
Margret Fin-whip age 69: Oscar's mom and Valerie's first stepmom
Robert Fin-whip age 71: Oscars' dad and Valerie's first stepdad
Ora Reece age 15-23: Hate's Valerie because she was able to stay in school for the wealthy but didn't have money
Alice Parr age 15-23: Doesn't really hate Valerie but does whatever Ora says
Katherine Ally 15-23: Doesn't really hate Valerie but does whatever Ora says
Lilith White (Lilly) 23: Didn't hate Valerie before she disabled her love potion, was married to the King, former Queen
Mariel Smith (Mary) 15-23: Didn't hate Valerie before she knew the King loved her, former toy for the King
Raymond Rosters 25: King of Ashton, nice but is easily swayed by his sister to care for other nothing than her
Francis Rosters 23: Duchess of the kingdom of Ashton, very manipulative, nice if you don't bother her, respects other people's wishes
Anthony Rushmoore age 24: Butler for the Rosters' castle, has a slight crush on Valerie
