I woke to a text from Billie, Hello, hun. I will pick you up at around 8 am. See ya soon! I beamed as when as I received his text.
I glimpsed it was 5:09 am (I would have been getting up for school about now) I had an idea to text Jessica; however, I bet Billie or anyone wanted me to divulge this knowledge out to the world. I searched to see if Miranda was there; she was languishing in an armchair in the surveillance room. I appeared like I needed to take a shower because my hair was elusive; however, I would take a shower at my new house. I grasped my suitcase and passed into the desolate, dark restroom. I put on the only Green Day shirt I owned, which was an American Idiot shirt from Hot Topic, blue jeans, my pair of Converse, and my choker. I woke up Miranda at around 7.
She yawned, "Oh hey, Emily... Did they say what time they'll be here?" I replied, "At around uh... 8." Miranda answered, "Oh okay, thanks for wakin' me up, I didn't notice I fell asleep."
I felt a rumble from my rear pocket; it was a text from Billie, I will be there at around 9. Do ya need anything to eat? I texted back, uh... I don't know McDonald's, Burger King, whatever you want.
Okay, I suppose we will eat at 'whatever you want'. LOL, Billie texted back.
I peered out the window, I waited as dozens and dozens of cars speed down the highway. I spotted a silver Genesis pull up into the limited parking lot. I observed a middle-aged man about 5'7 with sunglasses, black spiked hair, with a leather jacket step out of the car, I realized that had to be Billie. Then Billie knocked on the door, and Miranda greeted him.

He showed her his copy of the adoption papers and drivers license, suddenly asked me, "Are you ready to leave?"
I nodded about an hour later, I waved at Miranda. Billie helped me with my luggage, suddenly a few moments, Billie cranked the car and drove away. I couldn't accept it, a BRAND NEW chapter in my life was illustrating.
"Oh yeah, Emily, they said you can get the rest of your belongings out of the house. So you want me to stop there?" Billie asked.
"Uh... yes. Do y' know the address?" I asked.
"Yes it is the one in the papers," Billie said while typing in the address into Google Maps.
We traveled up into the old entrance to my driveway, multiple horrid memories fell into my mind, I started bawling.
"Hun, don't cry. Everything will be okay... You're here with me," Billie anwered, trying to assuage me.
I grabbed everything I occupied my guitar, flute, wardrobe, and Xbox One, then we took off for Oakland. I still missed mom. However, I think she would have been happy about me going to live with Billie and his family.
I fell asleep most of the ride, listening to Green Day. (that was the sole thing that caused me to fall asleep every night)
