Today was a Saturday and usually for Fenris that meant sleeping in, playing the piano you know the usual stuff. Beta had other ideas, she woke up Fenris at six am in the morning and told him to take a cold shower and get dressed for a workout. "C'mon puppy we don't have all day." she said she pushed Fenris into his bathroom. After taking the shower and getting dressed Fenris sleepily walked out to his living room. " What are we doing? " he asked yawning " YOU, will be working out and learning combat, you can't expect yourself to be untrained if you run into The Night Walkers. " Beta said. " The Night wha-. " Fenris began to say but instead yelped as Beta pushed him down " Pushups give me one hundred now! " she yelled like a drill sergeant.
Fenris nodded and began to do push ups his enhanced strength making it easy. Suddenly Fenris felt weight on his back , struggling to push up he blew out a shakey breath before realizing it was Beta on his back. " How heavy are you? " he asked which earned him a slap to the back of his head " don't ask about a girls weight it's rude. " she replied. " Is it because you are insecure about it? " Fenris asked with a breathy chuckle which earned him another slap. After doing push ups for a good long while Beta then began to make Fenris do sit ups while she stood on his feet.
gotAfter sit ups Beta had Fenris do various workouts, planks , crunches, jumping jacks, etc. "Ok puppy time for you to learn how to fight." Beta said with a evil glint in her eye groaning Fenris got into a fighting position his arms and legs feeling like jelly. " hmm not bad but" Beta began while correcting Fenris's stance so that he eventually got into more of a kick boxing type stance " remember keep your arms up. " she said. Beta then got into her own fighting stance and motioned at Fenris " Punch me. " Beta said. " What I can't hit a girl. " Fenris said frowning " Trust me puppy you won't lay a hand on me now be a man and punch me! " Beta half yelled. "Fine." Fenris said and threw a punch at Beta which was easily blocked, growling he went to punch again with the same result but this time Beta added a punch of her own which hit Fenris square in the nose.
"Block puppy." Beta said and began to punch at Fenris who couldn't block most of her attacks. Finally after hours of Fenris getting his ass kicked Beta allowed the training to be done for the day. " Damn I'm hungry. " Beta yawned out while stretching "foods in the pantry and fridge." Fenris replied while getting a drink of water. Raiding Fenris's pantry Beta began to munch on a bag of chips as she looked around the living room. Eventually she was Fenris's piano " You play? " she asked Fenris " sometimes" he replied. "Play something for me" Beta ordered as she flopped on Fenris's couch " you do realize this is my house right? " he asked. " Yeah but I'm a higher rank than you in the pack so do as I say puppy. ".
Signing Fenris walked over to the piano and sat down. Cracking his fingers Fenris at first began to play some well known tunes. As he played though Fenris began to remember his parents and played a long and was mournful tune. A awkward silence followed till it was broken by Beta " God puppy don't be so depressing. " she said with a crunch of a chip. A soft smile appeared on Fenris'e face and he walked over flopping his tired body on the couch next to Beta. " Share" he said and tried to grab the chips which earned him a push from Beta. " Have to fight for food puppy " she said "fine then" Fenris replied and tackled Beta trying to get the bag of chips. Pretty soon Fenris was pinned and Beta went back in the couch " no sharing for you puppy" she said to which Fenris huffed and sat on the couch as they turned on the T.V. and began to watch a show.
