It took Ben all morning to track down the captain and get him to stand still long enough to talk. It was not like you couldn't find the captain it was that most of the time if you were not part of his crew your words were not worth listening to. It was not till Ben mentioned money that he was at all interested in what he had to say and then agreed to meet with him for lunch that was all the time that he was willing to give him so that he could explain.
Ben waited till it was almost time that the captain said for him to be there before going. Ben was very intimidated by the captain and the way that he talked to everyone. Ben timidly knocked on the door and in a gruff voice the captain commanded him in. Ben opened the door, and the captain was sitting at a table and eating his lunch. Ben moved closer and he felt very unwelcome as the captain looked up from his food and asked, "Just what do you want?"
