Later that night, Pamela was started to feel a bit scared and hopeful at the same time. The pain was a sign of something that has the potential to be great, but she felt as if she wasn't ready, and because of several different combinations of things. However, its something that wouldn't matter as long as Ethan continued to love her unconditionally.
Although she would really love it if they went on a few dates.
That wouldn't be too much to ask right?
"But that little blonde rat won't let him out of her sight unless he asks her to..." The villainess sighed.
'But first I have to be sure...But would those even work on me? I'm not human anymore...No, I'll check first...and if it says it...then I'll tell him...if not then...Ugh! Stop Pam you're thinking too much!' Pamela thought, smacking her face.
Currently, she was on her way to the store to buy a pregnancy test. She was glad she learned how to change her skin color back to white or otherwise she may never be able to go out. Although, when she goes out there are usually men who try to talk to her, and usually it always pissed her off.
However, now she had someone who had her heart and she now treats them as if they were air
'Ah...you did this to me Ethan..' Pamela sighed as her lips slowly curled up into a smile. The people in the store happened to witness this smile and thought it was one of the most beautiful things they have ever seen.

At the apartment, Raven was giving Ethan advice on meditation. It was taking too long for him to enter a meditative state which is probably related to how it was a bit difficult for him to sense the energy around him the first time he tried.
It's been an entire week and he has barely made any progress. He'd ask Tydris if it was because the energy is thin in the area, and his response was that it was only part of it.
The other part had to do with himself.
And he encountered another problem or was it really one as whenever he increases his dragonic essence, he can feel his mind starting to change.
At one point he had a burning desire to fight strong people and test his strength to prove that he was on top.
To prove that he was the strongest.
The second thing he thought about was dominating women and collecting shiny things. He remembered looking at Raven's forehead and wanting to have that gem for himself.
However, Raven would take this the wrong way and thought he wanted to bed her which wasn't exactly wrong as of course, he thought about it.
Would it be strange if he didn't even without his mind being changed?
However, when he thought about it more is it wrong for him to change? His human half was useless and his dragon half was giving him the confidence to do things he had never dreamed of doing.
Tydris had an inkling of what was going on with Ethan, but he kept everything he wanted to say to himself.
("...I had hoped you were one of those people I could easily use, but even after annoying you for months, you did not budge...You were the only one who was compatible with my powers because...no...don't think of it. It will only make it harder for me when the time comes...") Tydris thought to himself as he floated through the dark abyss.
It was never explained where the dragon was exactly, but after he reincarnated Ethan he used the last bit of his strength to transfer his consciousness into a self-made space located at his heart. (A/N: My bad xD)
He had no more power to add anything else, but he didn't regret it as the darkness helps him keep his calm. Otherwise, he wouldn't be able to guide Ethan to reach the required stage to achieve his goal.
("Father...Mother...Avita...Ergoa...Immolth... Lerril...Priscia...everyone... I'll make sure to bring them to their graves for you...I'll devour every last ounce of their essence and obliterate them from the cycle of reincarnation...just you wait..damn traitors...don't think I don't know you're hiding in this backwater world...") Tyrdis thought while gnashing his teeth.
"You can't rush these things Ethan...meditation and cultivation isn't a race," Raven said.
"It's about the silence...the calm...detaching yourself from all that makes your mind restless. Renounce all that disturbs its peace. If you want peace, deserve it. By being a slave to your desires and fears, you disturb peace."
The half-demon had to admit, it was nice having someone to meditate with in this world. She has been alone for quite some time now, and all she could ever think about was defeating her father. Raven had no time for friends, but by chance, she happened to meet Ethan who didn't mind that she was part demon and even said it was cool.
Ethan sighed, "So, basically let go of everything...However whenever I try...I can feel something blocking me? As if it's holding me back...it's fighting me...It's strange."
"...Would you...trust enough to have a look?" Raven asked.
"I..."
*Ring Ring* Ethan's cellphone would ring and he'd pick it up.
"Hey! Bossman. I'm pleased to tell you that your project is finished. I called in a few favors and had the best of the best work on it. A few of them asked questions, but when I told them the pay they shut right up. Money talks. But not for me! I'm doing this out of my free will. I'll even take no money from you...u-unless you want to pay me?" Wizard said over the phone.
"I'll pay you," Ethan answered.
"GREAT-er...good I suppose. I'll have the door open at 10 and just come on down to my workshop first. Is that ok?" He asked.
"That's fine. I'm hanging up now."
"Oh! Eh-"
*Beep* Ethan ended the call.
After he ended the call, Pamela returned home with bags in her hands. Once she spotted Ethan, she'd put them down on the table and went to kiss his cheek while pulling him into a hug.
"Hmm?" Ethan looked at the redhead and smiled.
''Nothing...I just missed you is all." The villainess smiled as she kisses his cheek again.
"Alright Alright! You know the rules. No getting intimate with Ethan while he's trying to concentrate or whatever." Harley frowned she was currently feeding Bud and Lou raw meat which they absolutely enjoyed. She had desperately wanted Ethan to take her once again, but something happened when she was near the two hyenas earlier and she wanted to understand it.
She felt as if she could understand their thoughts at one time. It of course could have been her insanity talking, but she could have sworn she heard them.
'Huh...does it have something to do with the mark that Honeybun gave me? Maybe I should try that cultivating thing?... But it all sounds too boring. I rather have fun. Oh! What if I ask him to take me on a date?! And then~'
"That rule was because of you because you don't know when to quit," Pamela replied, letting of Ethan.
"It's ok. I'm done cultivating." Ethan said as he stood up to stretch.
"Oh then can you-" The two villainesses stopped when the other was talking. They then looked at each other and immediately knew what the other one was trying to say.
"Red...why don't you go put up those bags of yours it's in the way," Harley said, glaring at Pamela
"It's fine. It's my apartment and besides, you look quite busy. Taking care of pets is a big responsibility." Pamela frowned, returning Harley's glare.
"No, I insist. Who knows you may have something you don't want people to see."
"...What are you talking about? I have nothing to hide." Pamela said making a slide glance at her reusable bag she uses to carry groceries.
Harley would smirk at this and slowly walk over with her hands behind her back. "Then you don't mind if I'll put them up. Do you?"
"No I wouldn't mind, but I don't need you to mess with it. Who knows you might drop tonight's dinner....you know? Like when you were dropped on your head as a kid?" Pamela said, cutting Harley off from getting any closer.
Harley dramatically gasped, " You said you wouldn't tell!" She said as she acted offended. "Maybe I should tell about that time where you felt adventurous and used your powers to scratch a certain 'itch' of yours."
"That was only ONE time!!" Pamela blurted out and immediately regretted her outburst as her entire face became hot. Soon after, her skin returned to her normal green while her eyes started to glow.
"Bring it! I'm not afraid of you. Mamma's been feeling great recently." Harley said motioning the villainess with her finger.
Ethan was about to stop their fight until Myra who was usually quiet stepped out of the room and immediately made a beeline for him.
"Master!" Myra shouted. "Please go out on a date with me!"
"Huh?" Pamela and Harley became shocked as the one person they didn't worry about got ahead of them. Pamela had known about Myra's feelings, but she never expected her to be this bold of all of sudden given her quiet nature, or was it all because she never understood emotions in the first place?
"What did you say?"
"A date! It looked a lot of fun in several of the films Pamela told me to watch. Is that no good?" Myra asked, noticing the strange expression Ethan was making on his face.
'Tydris...what is happening?'
("A shame that's what is happening. Your accidental Dragon Guard you got now believes she has a chance of receiving your favor.")
'Does this have to do with me giving her a name? Why didn't you tell me?'
("They were only meant to be servants without emotion. You gave her a name before I could explain.")
'Is that all?...'
("Is that all?... IS THAT ALL?! WHAT KIND OF DRAGON COULD LOVE SOMEONE BORN FROM THEMSELVES?! WE AREN'T LIKE THOSE FILTHY GODS. DID YOU NOT CONSIDER WHY YOU HAVE NO URGES TOWARDS HER?")
'Ah...'
"I'll come back another time," Raven said, teleporting away to excuse herself from the drama that was about to take place. 'Perhaps I should go to the Justice League instead...' She thought as she flew away, turning into a shadow raven that shot up towards the night sky.

"Still nothing..." Diana sighed as she sat on top of the rooftop and watched the people down below. She somewhat felt jealous of the people as after living in the world of man, she wanted to experience love, but the person she loved didn't reciprocate her love because it went against his rules.
'Perhaps I should pursue another?. Surely I could find someone better? I-Wait.' Diana stopped her thoughts as she picked up on a familiar energy signal before it disappeared again.
"Damn...again? It never stays long enough for me to completely lock down his location. I feel like he's toying with me." The heroine sighed as she was about to return back to Wayne Manor until she sees a shooting star in the distance.
"Humans make wishes on these stars yes? Pretty..." She smiled.

In space, floating in Earth's orbit lay the center of the Justice League, the Watchtower. It's creation marked the real start of uniting the world's heroes to protect their home. The place was more advanced than nearly anything produced by Earth technology and it was funded by none other than Bruce Wayne.
The man that generally overlooks the tower and acts as the Justice League's informant known as J'onn. J'onn happened to be a martian that ended up on Earth after unfortunate incidents. However, now he considers Earth to be his home that he must protect along with the other heroes.
J'onn was working on the tower's computer when it picked up a strange looking meteorite hurling its way towards Earth after it seemingly appeared out of nowhere. The meteorite seemed harmless enough, but he couldn't help but have a sneaking suspicion that it was more than what it appeared.
"Where is it headed?..." The martian thought out loud as he used the tower's computers to predict where it will land.
"Bruce is nearby...I'll alert him...wait I believe Diana is down there as well. She would be faster..."

After Raven left, Ethan had to deal with a giant mess that he didn't quite know how to handle.
All three women in the apartment wanted dates and only two of them he was willing to accept. He could only give Myra a wry smile as she looked at him with her blue eyes that had a certain glow to them.
Ethan sighed, shaking his head." I have somewhere to be right now."
Immediately the girl's faces would fall at his answer which clearly meant he was avoiding the question.
However, seeing this Ethan's face would soften, "We'll discuss a time when I get back and I'll make it separate from each other."
"Ah!"
"Where are you going anyways?" Pamela asked.
"Wizard called me the project is done."
"So, we'll be leaving Gotham City soon huh?" Harley said.
"Yes...I'll be back soon. Everyone just stay." Ethan said switching his clothes to his familiar black uniform.
"I should go with you?" Myra quickly asked, grabbing hold of his arm.
"No...Stay here." Ethan replied before dashing out of the apartment to which Myra slightly frowned at.
"So...you trying to make a move on my man? I'll tolerate Red because I have no choice." Harley said glaring at Myra.
"Make a move?"
"You know...pursuing someone?"
"Why should I pursue master? He told us he's coming back?" Myra looked a bit confused.
"Myra...do you understand what a date is?" Pamela asked.
"Oh, yes. It's where two people meet at a predetermined spot where they either eat or watch a movie together? I don't get hungry so I thought master would like to watch a movie with me." She answered.
"And what would you do after?"
"Watch another movie?"
"Myra...did you not understand anything from those films and the questions you asked me?"
"Truthfully...no. It's all still complicated...But thinking about having time with master makes me feel warm somehow...Is this no good?"
Pamela sighed at this as it is her fault this is happening. 'Although I can't control her anymore I still feel a small connection with her that makes me see her as my child...who wouldn't help their child when they come asking for help?...'
Harley on the other hand...
"Alright...I'll be back. I'm going to get Ortho."
"Who is Ortho?"

As Ethan was making his way to Wizard, he'd look up and see a shooting star that looked like it was heading to the outskirts of Gotham city, straight towards the ocean.
And seeing it shine in the night sky caused him to feel a certain way.
"I want it..." He whispered as he unconsciously started to go in that direction just as someone else was doing the same thing.
