Unexpected Plan
Rick's eyes narrowed as he watched Tiana's reaction to Advaith's presence. She had said "I'm ready" in a barely audible whisper, but since then, she had been silent. Rick's mind was racing with thoughts of why this was happening. Was the possession weakening because of love? Is this what everyone calls love?
Rick's thoughts were filled with disgust and anger. He had always believed that love was a weakness, a foolish emotion that clouded one's judgment. And now, it seemed that Tiana was falling victim to that same weakness.
Rick's eyes locked onto Tiana's, and he could see the uncertainty in her eyes. He knew that he had to act fast, to reinforce his control over her before it was too late.
