By the entrance of Princess Sylvia's castle, King Avalon and some of his Sentinels have arrived without sending any prior notice.
The vampire king intended to visit his only vampire daughter and her chosen candidate.
"Where is the princess and her special guest?" King Avalon asked the head maid of the vampire princess.
"I already have asked one of the maids to fetch the princess and her… special guest." The head maid calmly informed the vampire king. It seems as if she was already accustomed to the vampire king's demands and behavior.
King Avalon looked at the head maid and was reminded of her maker.
"Hmmm… It's been a long time. Clarisse, wasn't it? The name that your maker gave you?" King Avalon looked at the head maid while she kept her gaze lowered.
It was as if she was enduring the presence of the vampire king around her.
