Fear creeps in as I watch my younger sister unconscious.
I know my actions of mine would make other vampires wonder why I would be concerned with a mere slave.
No one knows aside from my closest circle about my real relationship with Sharmaine and Areej.
Since I became a vampire, I always have dragged Areej with me no matter how dangerous it may be for her.
I am even surprised that she is still alive after all the things we went through together.
Fortunately, the vampire princess made it look like I have dried my slave to her brink of death.
This would make other vampires less suspicious.
"What should we expect, Areej cannot last in this unstable environment. Princess, is there anything else we can do for Areej?" Sharmaine wondered as I sat beside our younger sister.
Princess Sylvia wanted to tell us that this is what she feared for.
