Previously:
"Hey look at that!" I heard Earl yelled. He was pointing something from my back so I faced the shore once again.
"What's—" I halted my self from saying my words when the sight in front of me made me speechless.
"What are they doing?!" I asked.
Sebastian walked besides me with his hands on his pockets. "They're leaving." He just answered with short words as usual.
"But why?!" I asked. "It's not like I was praying for us to be really attcked or something, but why would they do that even after getting this far?" I asked.
"When you think you can't win a fight, retreat and prepare to face it soon." He said without even looking at me and just stayed looking down on the shore.
