"What?" Alex gasped at the sight of the qi pearls. From the distance between himself and the qi pearls, and could tell that the qi within these pearls were truly pure, most importantly, they lacked the nature of the usually condensed chaos that was prevalent in Omega, however, there was still some chaos about them.
Alex was stunned to see that the so-called Flutternoxes would bring him some qi pearls just because he said that he would like to have some of them.
However, there was still this weird feeling of déjà vu in him that sent alarms in his head ringing.
['Low-tier qi pearls. Cheap, but...'] Al started but paused midway, as though he could also tell that something was wrong.
From the way Al paused, Alex became almost certain that something was off.
Alex had never felt or received such type of generosity from any type of beast, or so he felt at first until that feeling became familiar in the sense that he had experienced such generosity before.
