Lex said nothing about Al wanting to help Alex get a few good things by telling him where they are. He was well aware that even if Alex knew where the good things were, he wouldn't necessarily be able to get them, even with Al giving him one or two incentives from the knowledge he had.
After waiting to see if Lex was going to stop him from doing this, upon seeing that Lex wasn't against the idea, Al went on to tell Alex what to do.
['Look up to the sky, rabbit.']
Alex followed his direction and looked up.
['See these stars, they do not just shine—they are also imitations of the real things out there, they also serve as a form of a map for this labyrinth. If you have explored this place before and you have documented your findings, you will be able to navigate your way to an extent in this place.'] Al explained.
['I see. So where are we going to benefit from first?'] Alex asked, keeping his excitement in check.
