It had already been midnight but Sang Hoon wasn't able to sleep. It wasn't because of getting no reply from her, it was just because he was feeling uneasy. Hearing no sound or anything from her room made him worry.
Grunting, he got out of the bed and walked to her room.
"Ah-Yeong? Are you asleep?" Sang Hoon said while knocking on the door. Getting no reply from her made him more worried and he kept his hand on the door knob to open it.
"Ah-Yeong, I'm going to enter inside, okay?" He twisted the door knob and opened the door.
"Ah-Y..." His words got caught in his throat as he witnessed an empty room. Slowly, he stepped inside and looked around. In his mind, what Sang Hoon had imagined was that he would see Ah-Yeong lying on the bed and taking a nap but what he saw in the room surprised him.
"Ah-Yeong?" He walked more further to search for her when his eyes fell on the ring which was kept on the paper on the table.
With a frown on his face, he walked towards the table and took the ring in his hand. It was the same ring which he had worn in his ring finger. As he realized what it was, he quickly took the paper and read it.

Ah-Yeong drove her car to Dae-Hyun's place and called him. It was late at night and Dae-Hyun was already in bed with his girlfriend. Today's event had given him such happiness that he was really happy and was sleeping at ease.
But this ringtone.... this ringtone was ruining his sleep and he woke up with a frustrated and annoyed look on his face.
"Who is calling at this time?" Dae-Hyun asked annoyingly and took the phone from the bedside table.
"Why is she calling at this time?" He got out of the bed and sneakily walked out of the room holding the phone in his hand.
"Why are you calling this late?" As Ah-Yeong heard a little annoyed voice coming through the phone, she asked "I can't call you or what?" What Sang Hoon did today had already made Ah-Yeong annoyed and now hearing Dae-Hyun's annoyed voice, she no longer could keep her calm and she asked him back being annoyed.
Dae-Hyun ran his hand through his hair and tried his best to keep his cool.
"I didn't mean that. Just say..."
Before he could complete, Ah-Yeong interjected him and ordered "Open your door. I am outside your house." This simple sentence came as a bomb to him and he widened his eyes in surprise. He quickly locked the door of his room and opened the main door.
As Dae-Hyun saw Ah-Yeong standing with the luggage beside her, another shock came to him and he walked outside, closing the door after him not allowing Ah-Yeong to enter inside.
"What's wrong? Why are you here?" He asked while resting his hand on her shoulder.
"I asked him for a divorce just like you told me." And this sentence of hers gave him another big shock for the third time. It felt that he just couldn't process what he heard and he looked at her all puzzled.
"Divorce?"
"Yes. Now, let me enter." Ah-Yeong had left the house in a hurry so at this late night standing outside wearing only a half sleeved top, she felt cold. She quickly pushed Dae-Hyun aside to open the door when he caught hold of her hand.
"Let's go somewhere else." He said and took off his robe which he was wearing and covered Ah-Yeong with it.
"Where?" As Ah-Yeong asked, she felt being pulled by him towards her car.
"Hey... Where are we going to go?" She began to retort when Dae-Hyun snatched the car keys from her and made her sit inside. He placed all her luggage inside the car and sat inside.
"Where are we going to go?" Unable to hold back her curiosity, Ah-Yeong asked when Dae-Hyun was finally seated in the car. Dae-Hyun who had removed his robe to cover her sat facing her on the driver's seat, half naked. He took a deep sigh and moved closer to Ah-Yeong's face.
Holding her face in his palm, he leaned over and gave a smile "You did good, Ah-Yeong!" He caressed her hair and continued "Just stay here, I will wear something and come."
"But where are we..." Ah-Yeong's words got struck in her throat when she saw the red bites on his upper body. At first, she thought that some insect might have bitten him but an insect doesn't give that many bites.
She had had sex for quite a lot of time to know and understand what those red bites were. Infact, she too had them when she used to sleep with Dae-Hyun. But she never sucked Dae-Hyun on his chest or stomach, it was just his neck.... So, why were there love bites on his chest and stomach? Moreover, why was he not letting her inside the house?
'Are you having sex with someone else? Are you cheating on me?' She thought of asking these questions but she thought that it was useless to ask these questions without any proof or evidence or maybe she was just being too sensitive...
Ah-Yeong shook her head and removed her thoughts. She felt his lips touching her forehead and right now, she didn't wanted anything else than him being close to her.
Dae-Hyun kissed her forehead and stepped out of the car to his house.
As Ah-Yeong saw him leave in just his shorts and his bare-naked upper half, she decided that it was just best to leave. But where was she to go? By this time, Sang Hoon might have even read her letter... So, she just decided to go where Dae-Hyun took her to.
