Uriel blinked at the being before him, this is Adam? The first man? What the fuck is going on? Had history and the stories changed?
"Adam?" Uriel said his name with wonder, "How was this even possible?"
Adam smirked at him, "Many things are possible, Uriel."
Uriel didn't know how to respond to Adam, this was a surprise, not a pleasant one but it was still a surprise. He was unsure of what was supposed to happen now...
"But you died," Uriel began, "You said Eve made a deal with Lucifer?"
Adam nodded. "Yes, she did."
"Why?" Uriel asked confused.
Adam stared at him with a blank expression, "We weren't immortal, we just had a long life span but it was nearing to an end and she couldn't handle that."
Uriel's brow furrowed, even if she couldn't handle that why did she change Adam into something that he never asked for?
"Why you?" Uriel asked, "If she couldn't handle it, why to change you?"
