He stopped as soon as I blocked his way. "Excuse me" he said with a soft voice. He might not be the guy but I swear I recognize his backview. I stood there for seconds looking like an idiot still debating if he is the guy yesterday as he walk passed through me. "No, wait!" and here I am in front of him again. It's been weeks and granny B's still looking for her books. About her, I've been visiting her a lot, her granddaughter which is Hennessey was just visiting them that time so I don't have time to worry about bumping into her.
"Who're you, will you please stop blocking me so I can go my way?" he said sounding irritated.
"Oh uhm. sorry about that. I'm Kieze,nice to meet and to make this quick, I happen to be close with Granny B. I'm sure you know her. And uh.. so .. she forgot to get her book--"
"Oh. I don't have it with me today. I'll bring it tomorrow. Thanks for telling me" and with that he went pass through me. Hm that was uhm... not sure what word to use. I felt someone pull my left arm dragging me towards the school gate.
"Why didn't you tell me you know that guy?" Nel gritted,still dragging me with full force.
"What do you mean ?" I asked and all of a sudden we stopped walking. "Girl, are you crazy? or are you nuts? That's Diam Hendricks, a transfer student from Guil High since first semester. He's not hot but he's cool I tell ya. Fun fact, he's H.E.N.E.S.S.E.Y's ex. He's in my math class last sem" she said as we continued walking. Ok that's new and wow, what a coincidence. To think that he doesn't even know granny B is her ex girlfriend's grandmother. Wait, wait, Wait, does he know about me ? I mean does he know my former boyfriend is his ex's boyfriend?
There's so much to take in aaaaackkkkk. Oh wait. Why do i even care about that. It's not like i like him or something. Or do I? Wait wait, do i really? Nonono. I shrugged of the idea then explained to Nel how I met that guy along the way to pancake house.
"My my, I smell something going on here. Girl it hasn't been a year since you broke up wit--"
"Nel stop. it's not like that" I hissed cutting her off.
"Wanna bet? Hmm??" I glared at her untill she finally gave up. "Fine,fine sorry" she murmured while taking a bite of her pancake.
Her brother soon came to pick her up and we went on our separate ways. We're still underage so we don't own a car yet and Nel's insisting to have a driver's license as soon as possible. Can't blame her, we'll be in college in a short period of time. I can't wait to have my own car.

Morning came and I got ready for school. Showered, change clothes, brushed my teeth and took some fresh apple and toasted bread to eat on the way. I hopped on the school bus and sat beside a girl I don't know since it's almost full. Part of me was hoping to see the guy yesterday but he didn't show up so nevermind.
We arrived exactly on time before the bell rang indicating that class has begun. I rushed my way to the room and as soon as I entered, our teacher was right after me. I was looking for Nel but she can't be seen in sight so I took a seat in front.
"Goodmorning!" the teacher greeted with a big smile. "Since today's our first day in 2nd semester, I would really appreciate a simple introduction. I'll start and you guys follow ok?"
A few nodded their heads showing no interest. "Ok so, Hi My name is Sam Reeva,since Mr. Kitcha had some urgent erm.. family issues I'll be your Homeroom teacher for the meantime. I hope we get along" she confidently said. She then looked at me indicating me to start the intro she wanted. Since almost everyone in class know each other and we're just doing this for the sake of the new teacher, I just stated my name and age so as what others did. I realized she doesn't even care about everything we're saying.
Almost everyone is done introducing until I heard a familiar name. My heart started to bang my ribs trying to start a concert as I turn my head and glance whoever's talking. And yeah , I forgot we're classmates.Diam Hendricks.
I took a deep breath and let it out. Honestly, I don't even know why I'm acting this way. This is not me. So not me. I shrugged and look away trying to ignore what I just felt.
Class ended well, we haven't done much today . Usually lessons starts after a day so we're free to do whatever we want as of today. And right now, I haven't seen Nel since class started. That brat, I bet she's shopping on her by now. I took out my phone and dialed her number. It rang 2 times for her to pick up.
"Whe---"
"Hey uh...Kieze? " a soft deep voice cut me off.
"Hey, so you got the book?" I instantaneously asked. I ended the call acting normal.
"Yeah about that, I still haven't finished reading it. My apologies for not--"
"No no , it's fine. Uh so why'd you call me then?" Omayg what am i even saying.
"Can you do me a favor? I'm not really sure where Granny lives. Could you uh.."
" Sure, I'd love to. When would you want to go?"
"I still have ball practice so 5 will do if that's ok with you"
"Yeah sure, see ya later then" I said calmly. "Thanks" he said and with that he went his way. Well that was fast and this is literally new to me. It felt akward ugh.
Again for the second time, I just shrugged it off and decided to go to the library. New change is coming!
I faced in front and suddenly bumped into Ms. Reeva. it's a good thing there's a little force in it. I faced her with an apologetic expression and said sorry but what I saw scared the crap out of me. She stood there glaring and for a second changed into a bubbly face. "It's okay Ms." she murmured and went passed through me.
Well that was weird.
