Ais brought Maka out of the dungeon and guided her to the restaurant she and her friends would be partying at.
As soon as the two arrived at the restaurant named "Hostess of fertility" Ais noticed her friends were all already there, gathered at a table. Ais then walked with Maka towards the table and made motions to introduce everyone, when Maka interrupted.
Maka: "So you guys are the group that pushed a minotaur to the upper floors. I want to have some words with you all..."
Maka then started scolding the group, one of them (she would later know his name to be Bete) tryed to interrupt, but another member of the group(Riveria) shushed him and stated they deserved the scolding as it was indeed their fault.
After Maka finished scolding Ais' friends, she then properly introduced herself and sat at their table.
Ais then finaly introduced her friends to Maka: Lefiya the elf, Finn the pallum, Riveria the high elf, Gareth the dwarf, Tione and Tiona the amazon twins, and Bete the werewolf.
Maka:'Why do I feel like Bete should have a tattoo with the words "NOFUTURE" on his eyebrow?'
After the introductions, they ordered some food(Ais and her friends paying Maka's bill as a way to make up to the girl they almost got killed) and started chatting, the topic of their familias beeing the first that popped up.
Finn: "So, Maka right? What is your familia? We here are all from the Loki familia, what about you?"
Maka:"Hestia familia."
Bete:"Never heard of it."
Bete's rude tone was met with a kick to his shin from under the table by several of his friends.
Maka:"I don't exactly blame you, I am the familia's first, and so far only, member."
Tiona:"So, how have you joined your familia?"
Maka:"That is quite the tale actualy... I was walking a random street and noticed I had no clue about why I was there, where I come from, or even who I was."
This surprised the group. They realy were not expecting the story to start like that.
Maka:"My godess Hestia found me crying and decided to give me her blessing once she learned I had no memories. She did that just so I could at least learn my own name and race on the status paper. I owe her literaly everything."
The act of kindness realy surprised Ais and company, as the gods tended to be selfish and usualy would never give their blessing to a nobody like that, even if it was to help an amnisiatic to learn their own name!
Maka:"She also brought me to the guild to check if there are any records of mine or if anyone knows me. We sadly came out empty handed, we only learned that my race 'Visored' is not something anyone at the guild has ever heard about, but Hestia-sama has not given up yet and is still digging for my past. After all that she have done for me, there was no way I'd just sit still, so I decided to become and adventurer and help suport Hestia-sama! I made the decision after she told me she does not have anyone in her familia. She objected at first, as she was afraid for my safety and made sure I at least knew enought about the world to understand what I was getting myself into, as even my common sense was missing from my memories and the only thing I had was language and muscle memory, Hestia-sama is the one who taught me pretty much everything I know about the world. However, back to the topic of adventuring, she agreed eventualy because of what apeared in my status, it indicated that I was used to fighting, and indeed, fighting the monsters from the dungeon comes as second nature to me, so she let me adventure in hopes that it will jog my memory."
Riveria:"You mentioned beeing the first and only member of your familia. How come your godess had the money to buy you that custom scyte?"
Riveria pointed at Maka's weapon and the girl then took the scythe out of her back so the group could more easily see it as begins to explain.
Maka:"This is Soul Eater, and he is a skill of mine rather then a tipical weapon. He is part of me and should he be destroyed or lost, he will be born again from my magic in a day or so."
Finn:"'He'?"
Maka:"Yes. He is sentient."
Tiona:"Wicked awesome!"
Gareth: "I was wondering what your scythe was made of, as I don't recognize the metal..."
Maka shook her head.
Maka: "I don't know for sure, but I believe he is make out of a solidifyed form of energy. Mana, most likely."
Tiona: "Again: Wicked awesome!"
Riveria:"What's the skill's name? The one that made your scythe?"
Maka:"Zampaktö."
Riveria:"Soul slayer. Fitting."
Lefiya:"Wait. I just noticed. Your race, 'Visored', right? Doesen't that translate to 'Masked soldier'?"
Maka tilted her head in confusion.
Maka:"It does?"
Riveria:"It does."
Maka:"Well, that explain a thing or two..."
The group waited for Maka to elaborate as she stored back her scythe, when she diden't elaborate, Finn changed the subject and the conversation continued to flow.
The group(plus Maka) continued to talk till late at night.
