Ten minutes later, after Crash rushed through a shower so fast I was pretty sure most of the water missed him, he changed into khakis and a long-sleeved baseball shirt that hid his tattoos, along with a cap that hid his hair. I'd never seen him look so preppy and I burst out laughing when he did a twirl for me. But it broke the tension so well, I had trouble stopping the laughter. So when a matching baseball shirt and cap hit me in the chest, I was still giggling.
