Sandstone for the eyeshadow!
Good thing that I didn't wear make up when I came here. Zaye wouldn't need to deal with that. I just had to clean my face and apply a face primer.
I applied a longwear eyeshadow primer from Chanel. Then, I picked the Aether Beauty Rose Quartz Crystal Gemstone Palette. We're done with foundation, concealer and brows.
I asked permission to add the shades Scorpio and Crystalline so that it wouldn't look so plain. She approved so that's what I did.
"How 'bout this one?" I asked her when I'm finally done with the eyeshadow, mascara and eyeliner. I also placed fake lashes. She applauded and showed me a thumbs up.
She gave me a contour from Anastasia Beverly Hills. I applied it and Zaye kept herself busy preparing what to give me next.
"This one's next," Zaye said then handed me a highlighter. I think its a good idea to apply the highlighter first before the blush so that it could blend well with it, not creating a 'painted on' look. In that way, we could create a natural highlight which looks real.
"We're almost done!" Zaye shouted in a very excited tone. I laughed at how she looked.
"Lips na tayo!" She added. She gave me a lipstick in the shade peachy nude. She went to her Mom's closet after to get the dress she wanted me to wear.
Pagbalik niya, tapos na ako sa makeup. She's bringing three outfits in different shades of nudes. She handed me the things I asked her to bring for the hair style. I chose to tie my hair in a high bun, leaving some hair to trace the shape of my face.
"Is this okay?" I asked Zaye. She nodded. When I asked her what should I do with my hair, she threw the question back to me.
"I'm so excited ate Iyah!" This dress up is really giving her so much fun.
"You wear this one first ate Iyah and then let's show it to Kuya Axel and Xyle," Pinalabas niya ang dalawa sa room ng Mommy nila para di daw nila makita ang gagawin ni Zaye sa akin. She pushed that idea kahit na sinasabi nung dalawa na pipikit daw sila and they won't look in our direction.
I got the first dress Zaye told me to wear. The skin touch cami bodycon dress.
"You change here po. Just go out when you're done. I'll call Kuya and Xyle!" Then she ran to the door.
Sinuot ko na yung dress then lumabas na ako pagkatapos. Zaye also gave me three pairs of sandals all complimenting the color of the dresses. Naabutan ko si Daron and Xyle who are both sitting in the sofa. Daron is covering Xyle's eyes.
"Yeah! Kuya Axel! Ate Iyah's wearing a bikini!"Zaye laughed so hard. Nakasimangot na si Daron and he looks like he's warning her sister.
"It's not funny, Zaye," Daron warned her little sister.
"I want to see ate Iyah, Kuya! Is she here already?" The question of Xyle made them turn to my direction. When Zaye saw me, she wear a very wide smile and clapped her hands.
They just stared at me for I don't know how long.
"What? Does it look good on me?" I tried to ask them to break the silence.
"What do you think Kuya Axel and Xyle?" Zaye asked both.
"Do I know how to dress someone up already?" Zaye added.
"It was not you kaya who did ate Iyah's hair, Zaye. It was ate Iyah who placed the makeup on her face. Di mo kaya alam pan-," Xyle countered but Zaye cut him off.
"At least, I chose what would she wear or what shades, right? That is still an achievement! Come on, Xyle! Just say something about the look," Zaye convinced Xyle to say something.
"What? Should I pose?," I asked Zaye.
"Yes, please," Zaye ordered me.
"I think the overall look is fine. Maganda naman kasi si ate Iyah," Xyle said.
"Yun lang?," Zaye looks disappointed with how short the comment of Xyle is.
"Si Kuya Axel naman!," Xyle complained to Zaye. Xyle successfully diverted Zaye's attention. After nung sinabi niya, di na siya kinulit ni Zaye to add more.
"Kuya Axel? Heyyyy!" She moved both of her hands in front of Daron's face who stared for too long. He was staring like wala yung mga kapatid niya. I avoided his stares because it gives me the feeling of wanting to just disappear. Just like how his presence made me feel so conscious about myself before.
"Fine is not the right word. It's beyond fine," Daron said, not breaking the eye contact when I finally managed to look at him straight in the eye.
"Then what is it?" Zaye inquired.
"It's my own definition of perfeito," Daron stated, making us confused of the last word. What was that? French? German? Portuguese? I don't know! Malay ko ba! I have foreign friends but it does not mean I have to learn how they speak.
"Will you please tell us what does the last word mean?" Zaye pleaded.
Zaron laughed and pointed Xyle who is facing his phone and typing something.
"Perfeito means that's perfect. It's Portuguese," Xyle said after a few seconds.
Just like the first dress, Zaye asked Daron and Xyle to give comments to what Zaye chose. The second dress had the color of my skin tone with traces of black laces. It's a fit long sleeve, off-shoulder. The last dress gives me an aura that I am a CEO of a company. Not really, but I think this one's the most formal one. It was like a terno long sleeve in a shade of nude.
I changed to my clothes first after fixing the old room of Tita.
"Iyah, nauna na sila sa baba. We'll just follow when you're done," Daron told me when I was still inside the dressing room. Ako na ang nag-ayos since mukhang di to maaayos ni Zaye.
"I'll have to go to a mall before I would send you to Avril's condo. Okay lang ba?" When he said that, naalala ko yung mga groceries na kailangan kong bilhin para sa condo.
"Will you go to the grocery? You can just drop me to the mall. May bibilhin din kasi ako," I told him. Nakakahiya na pag magpapasama pa ako sa kanya.
"I'll go with you," He has to disguise, though.
"I'll wait for you in the car park. Mabilis lang diba?" He asked.
"Maliit lang naman kailangan, so I think..oo," Good thing na hindi na siya sasama sa loob. Honestly, my plan for modeling is that, when I finish the contract, I'll quit. I'll focus with my studies after the shoot in different countries. I feel like everyday, med is getting harder. Thus, needing more attention.
"I'm done," I said when I went out. Narealize kong nakakailang pala kapag kayong dalawa lang. There was a barrier when we talked a while ago so di pa siya halata.
"Uhhhhh.. let's eat snacks. Mom cooked some," Daron broke the silence.
"Let's go. We'll not eat lunch here, right?" I just want to confirm.
"We should go before lunch," He motioned the door so that we can go down already.
" Hi ate ganda!"
"Hi ate Iyah!"
I just laughed at them while waving them hi.
"Please sit here, ate," They want me to sit in the chair they reserved for me. The chair between Xyle and Zaye. I immediately granted their request.
"Nagtatampo na si Kuya," Daron voiced out. I know he's just joking. Don't tell me nauuto niya tong dalawa?
"Sorry, kuya. Palagi ka naman kasi naming kasama. Ate Iyah, on the other hand, first visit ni ate Iyah" Zaye tried to explain to her brother.
"Eeeewww, Kuya. You're being childish," Xyle told Daron.
He chuckled at Xyle's comment and I also did. At least si Zaye lang ang nauuto niya. Di na kasali si Xyle.
"She'll be your sister soon," Daron suddenly said, making the two confused. I hit him in the shoulder, not taking what he just said seriously. I know what he meant by that.
"Mom and Dad will adopt her? What do you mean, Kuya? Ate Iyah has parents," Zaye said.
"But, Kuya wants ate Iyah to be his girlfriend," Xyle told Zaye. What? I looked at Daron to find answers kung saan nakuha ng kapatid niya yung idea na yun.
It was like the silence gave them time to realize what he meant by his statement.
"You'll marry ate Iyah?" Zaye excitedly asked.
He just laughed the question off kahit kinukulit na siya nung dalawa kung kami nga ba talaga. They just won't stop. Kahit nung pauwi na kami, panay tanong parin sila tungkol sa aming dalawa.
I thanked Tita before leaving and I also kissed the twins goodbye. I told Daron to go to the mall dahil may bibilhin lang ako. He drove me there but he stayed inside his car. I really hope I could just leave the agency with him. But, I have no idea what his plans are. I sold my expensive bags so that I could save more. The money I gained from all the shoots, I saved them all. If the money is enough, I think I'd quit modeling already.
I'm already in the parking lot when I saw Gil approach me. He's been gone for months! He went abroad for a vacation with his family. I also smiled at him and when he got near me, he kissed me in the cheek as a greeting.
"Hey pretty!" He greeted.
"Hey handsome!,"
"When did you come back?," I asked him.
"Kahapon lang," He said.
"Lunch? What do you think?"
"Sorry, Gil. Someone's waiting for me," I honestly told him. I think it's rude knowing that he's courting me but I'm also dating someone. I would tell him when Daron and I are official. It's hard to hurt a friend but I have to do it.
"It's fine. Maybe next time?" He reached for my hand.
"Sure," I told him then walked to Daron's car to open the door of the shotgun seat.
"Let's make it official," Daron seriously said.
"What?" I asked him. I know what he's up to. He probably saw that!
"Us," He said then he asked me to sit in his lap. I don't why but I followed him.
"I was planning to make us official when we finally graduate. But, I can't help it. Seeing you with other men who thinks you're single is killing me, really fucking bad," He said. He started planting kisses on my nape that sent shivers down my spine.
His kisses moved to my neck but they we're so soft,can already be compared to a feathery touch.
"I want so bad to put a mark on you," He suddenly said.
"I don't like Gil kissing you on the cheek," He added.
"That was just a friendly kiss," I tried to defend my side. I turned to see his reaction but he looked away.
"And? He's courting you? What will other people think? If he was chosen to be your partner in the shoot, people would really think that you're together because of his actions!" He said, trying to control what he's feeling.
"Are you jealous?" I asked him.
"Real bad," He answered with brows furrowed.
"I love you," I told him. I saw how shocked he was. What I just said made him calm down and right now, he could already stare at me.
"Is that real? or that's to calm me down?," He really have to make sure. Of course, that's true! I denied that for months and it took me that to finally have the courage and say it to him.
I chuckled at his reaction but he remained serious, waiting for my answer.
"I'm dead serious," I assured him.
"You know I love you more," He said and made me face him.
He looked at my face intently and he stopped to stare on my lips. He showered me with soft kisses, so different from the way he kissed me in his room. His kisses were so tender that I feel like I couldn't take how he is being so careful.
I bit his lip and it was like a trigger that he started kissing me the way he kissed me in his room. His hand traveled from my waist to my nape. He stopped and stared directly to my eyes. He caressed my cheeks, forming circles on the side where Gil kissed me.
"Tell him about us," He said. I nodded still not back to myself because of the kisses we shared.
