"Alrighty , another pleasant day for intense training." Goku smiled as he stretched his legs . The saiyans were back to planet earth as soon as they dealt with Morro, fighting alongside the galactic patrol.
Meanwhile, somewhere around 5000 miles away...a new figure showed up on planet earth . "Hmph! This level of power could only be coming from a saiyan…a warrior that is!" He concluded as he sensed Goku's ki. The saiyans don't conceal their presence during their training(because it doesn't make any sense if they do). "This must be him…although his ki is much different from mine." Said the figure as he locked onto Goku's ki .And in fraction of a second , He vanished into thin air.
"Kaa-Mee-Haa-Mee….." Goku yelled as he charged his Kamehameha . He was about to charge it at full power(in base form) and rush to the end and containing the ki ….as he used to practice in King Kai's planet . But he was interrupted by a figure appearing before his eyes from nowhere .
He examined the figure for a while …and stopped Charging his Kamehameha . "Vegeta!?....What are you doing here? You wanna spar?" Goku grinned. "Tchh…Kakarot!? You!?...I see… so that ki was coming from you!" Said Vegeta. "What do you mean…I thought you knew to point out my ki..You're acting all weird Vegeta..." Goku responded.
They glare at each other for a second. "So Vegeta….. you here to spar ? Cause I'm ready! Also Why does your hair look…white-ish on the side..dont tell me you'r growing old!" Goku laughed. "Tchh ! Kakarot , annoying as always…I'm not here to spar with a weakling like you…Now…Tell me , where would I be right now….If I weren't here." Vegeta enquired . "Huh! you'll probably be home or be training somewhere . Well , I guess training somewhere to surpass me..Heh!" Goku replied .
"To surpass you? You dare mock me like that!?..... Or is it because you think I'm weaker than you??" Vegeta couldn't stand the thought of a weakling such as him , Surpassing the saiyan prince.
"Hey….If you really think you're stronger than me….Show me Vegeta!! I've been itching to fight someone for a very long time now!" Goku challenged Vegeta. "Ohh….I see…" He said ,smirking with his eyes closed. As he opened his eyes , Everything set into a sudden motion . Vegeta was standing less than one meter from Goku, having landed a punch right across his face. Goku was not given the time to respond , for the punch had already been landed just when Goku sensed Vegeta's movement.
Blood gushes out of his mouth as Vegeta shove his arm further across his face. And the next split second, the whole atmosphere was disturbed and let out a huge wave of pressure ….as Goku was tossed miles away , past all the mountains and rocks on the way.
"What is this power..This.." Goku's thought was interrupted as he was slammed onto a huge boulder. The impact left his body sticking onto the boulder around 2 meters deep. "He was in his base form…it's impossible for Vegeta to have improved that far in such low time…or could he have been on the time chamber for years..That explains his white hair I guess...But why did he?" Thoughts rushed into Goku's mind as he struggled to free himself.
Vegeta stood having his arms crossed over, smirking of arrogance as Goku struggled to stand up. "Ve…ve.g…." He tried to speak . Vegeta walked closer to him, held him by his cheeks and lifted him up on air , completely stretching his right arm. "Listen Kakarot… Tell me where to find Vegeta if you value your life even a bit!" Vegeta ordered. Goku couldn't read the situation.
"What do y…you mean…." He struggled in his arm. "You clown! I see you haven't changed..not even a bit Kakarot…in fact… I'm amused you're strong enough to even be alive after taking that hit!" Vegeta bragged as he let hold off Goku's face. Goku landed on his knees. "Listen Kakarot….I come from a different timeline…The one where all the events abided by my plans. I came to know about this timeline in which events turned out differently, ultimately resulting myself to be much weak. I'm taking him back to my timeline. It's a disgrace to keep my other version this weak! I shall make him as strong as myself!" Vegeta explained.
Goku , frozen just kept staring at Vegeta, his right eye half open, wondering how strong he actually is. He did not show any intension to fight back. The figure having the face of his friend held him back from attacking him without a proper explanation.
"gh…uugh" Goku struggled to get back on his feet. " I have no hate for you Kakarot, for you don't bother me in any way….not even a bit."Vegeta said as he tossed goku up using one finger on Goku's chin. "Have a good nap Kakarot! "Vegeta said as he hit Goku's abs with his left arm.
More blood gushes out of his mouth .His eyes wide open, Goku had almost lost his consciousness. He was confused and annoyed to the very split second until he passed out.
Vegeta having made a pathetic face on Goku, turned around to check for any other strong ki to locate Vegeta from the current timeline."Tchh….Why can't I locate any strong ki around here damnit!" He thought. He realized all the others were concealing their presence so that they don't attract much trouble. "Cowards! " He sighed.
Nothing…he found absolutely nothing. He flew away as he cursed them.
Meanwhile Gohan and the others had sensed the variation in Goku's ki and a presence of someone else. Gohan rushed to goku as quick as possible and carried him back home. Piccolo and Krillin joined him as they waited for Goku to gain back consciousness.
"Dad…what happened…If someone strong enough to knock you out in such a small time exists…I don't know we don't stand a chance. " Gohan thought. "Gohan, we must inform Vegeta at once!" Piccolo suggested. He had the same exact thought Gohan did. "I'll call Bulma right away!" Chi-Chi agreed.
