After the finale of All Might vs All for One, All Might won narrowly however the fight caused more damage than harm both physically and mentally. All Might and several heroes were sent to the countries best hospitals.
It is already on 24/7 news, no news media around the world has missed to broadcast the epic victory. Villain attacks had dropped, heroes help the police and firefighters rebuild the area of the fight and helping displaced citizens. Several villains linked to the Vanguard Squard and League of villains incident are rounded up and put in super prisons with speedy trials including the main man All for One.
Several parties formed to celebrate and prayers were arranged for All mights recovery.

" Haah, Bakugo keeps making noise." Kyuoka jiro and Ochaco Uraraka says.
All class 1A students are in the kitchen to discuss the chaos that happened other than Bakugo, Ida and Todoroki. The students have a slight understanding how bakugo is feeling, his former classmate is a deranged villain who humilated and kidnapped him.

Bakugo is exploded his hands to increased degrees, his rage has not been subsided, the humilation that Deku has caused was immense, how would a quirkless loser become strong enough to take care of him. It was nigh impossible, how did he awaken to the point of becoming a threat, why was he a villian? Wasn't he supposed to be dead? Who is this green demon? Deku!? no it cannot be. What was those hands restraining him during battle, was that dekus power, there is no way.

With the statement out of his mouth, bakugo wants revenge, In order to achieve revenge Bakugo needs to get more stronger no matter what. Todoroki and Ida in their rooms activating there quirks having similar mindsets and different goals to each other.

The League of Villains are gathered up in a warehouse.
" Well that was unexpected turn of events hehe" Toga says while she hold Deku arm. "Yes, Masters' sacrifice will not go to waste." Shigaraki replies, eventhough you cant see his face from the hands all over him, he has a serious face, his red eyes his more lubricated than dry and flaky like before, thats because for very long time he has weeped, he blames himself for failing to meet his masters expectations.
" Yes, however we need to focus for our next move because the way we are now, we are just run off the mill villains." Kurogiri chimes.

Kurogiri understands with glee

" Its because kurogiri is known as League of villains even in the underworld. Which is bad for business."
" Deku and Toga train Kota, you can do what you want while you're at it." Shigaraki orders.
" We were going to do that anyways" Toga says.
" Dabi, before you go I got something to show you" Deku says. Dabi looks for a second and the replies.

Dabi and Deku gets ups and walks to the door, Twice follows later. once the conversation
Dabi and Twice leaves, deku returns to toga and kota.
" Wait here, I have some business with the lady." Deku tells Kota as they enter a private room.
"Yes sir" he puts his head down and goes to a corner, as he cant converse with the other villains. He hears words like " ooh I like that body, Another fine one is that the one you kissed. Damn that tongue." He pays no mind as he thinks about his missing aunt and friends he saw at the hero camp. He wonders if he was being a dick and how his behaviour lead to his kidnapping. He wants to escape he wants to leave but he knows the moment he tries he will be killed at the spot after what Deku and Toga did to Bakugo he knows that if he is to survive he needs to do what Deku says and prove his worth. However the other villains are hard to talk to, he doesnt know what to do if complicated situations will happen in the future.
After half an hour, Deku and Toga leave the room, Toga is blushing with her signature smile and Deku is smiling with two small bloody holes in his neck that is limited visually from his collar.
"That was so much needed, now Kota"
"Yes"
" You have one of the greatest powers."

" Indeed, you have a power that can counter mine"
Deku lifts a finger and sparks his green flame.

the water diminshes the flame.
" You see through several battles and training, my flame has become more ferocious"
Deku lifts his finger again but a darker blacker green flame sparks.
" Now shoot the flame but with full power."
" I-I dont think I can" Kota looks at the flame doubting his own ability.
" Concentrate the water trajection like holding a gun"
Kota changes his fingers to a gun and then holds his other hand and closes one eye.

With his position Kota channels the water needed to be what he called full power. The stream of water engulfs the flame but it only lowered it a little.

Deku gives kota a training regiment. he says he will do the every hour. He will shoot water out of his hand until he has reached his limits, he will know how to use a knife, he will do intense physical workouts and he will go out on missions.
