Ring*Ring*Ring*
A sudden sound of alarm wokes me up. I turned it off ASAP not to awake Trishan.
"Argh! "I stretched out my body. Get off from the bed and went to bathroom to freshen up.
When I came back, I saw Trishan still sleeping. After some time he groaned.
"Good morning darling. " he said.
"You woke up. Good morning. "I replied.
Then he came closer to me and wrapped his arms around me.
"What? Go and take a shower. "I said.
"Hmm, but let me first take a glimpse of you. "he said while rubbing his cheek with my neck.
"OK now go take a shower. " I said.
"No. I want to hold you for some time. "he said persistently.
" You can hold me as much as you can but first go and take a shower they must be waiting for us for breakfast. Go -Go -Go "I pushed him towards the bathroom.
"OK OK. "he said.
I came back to my place and started combing my hair that suddenly a sound pop up from Trishan's phone. Actually it's a mail from our office which we were going to join. So I checked it and they told us to come to their office today with our documents.
So Trishan had talked to them yesterday. It's great that they called us today otherwise I'll be bored at home.
But thinking about that I was little scared b'coz it's a new place, new people and I didn't know whether I could really adapt the environment their or not. And but if.....
"What's wrong?" Trishan said.
"Hmm.... It's.. It's nothing. "I stammered.
"I know that something is bothering you. Now tell what is it?" Trishan said.
"Actually, we got a mail from the office just few minutes after you went in the bathroom. "I said.
"OK then? " he asked.
"They wanted us to meet them at the office with all our documents. "I said.
"OK, but why are you so nervous then. Don't you want to go? "he questioned.
"No -no. Of course I want to go, but I -I am thinking that.. But if I couldn't perform my job well or I don't have good relationship with my colleagues and the most important is but if they don't select me... "I told him.
"Don't you worry about that I know that you will perform well and if anything happens then I'm there with you. " he added,"and if they don't select you then I'll also quit and we will find another job but it's not gonna happen as Mr. Rana recommended us and prepared everything so, don't over think. OK? My lovely wife. "
"Hmm. I get it. Now let's go."I said with a smile.
I felt really lucky to have Trishan in my life. He always knew what I feel and always there to cheer me up. He knew just with a look on my face that what I was feeling. I know that sometimes he did weird things but I love it, no matter what he did.
"let's go. "he said.
"Hmm. "I replied.
We both went out from our room and heard some noises from the kitchen.
"Stop it Nihan. You are so naughty. "she said while laughing.
"Just in front of you darling. "he replied.
"No -no... Don't do this. "she said.
"You started first so let me complete it. "he said.
Me and Trishan were standing there dumbfoundedly, and we exchanged looks. We walked towards the place where the sounds came from.
"Ahmm.. " Trishan made a sound before getting near to them.
And when we reached there we were startled by seeing that Nihan was holding Chetna from the waist and both were just few inches away from each other. Both were covered in a flour and when they saw us they behaved indifferently as if they got caught. They messed up the whole kitchen.
"Oh! Good morning guys. "she said.
"Yeah morning. "Nihan also said.
"Good morning, but what are you doing? Look at you ,you have flour all over your clothes. "I said while laughing.
"It's all Chetna's fault. She asked me to help her but I don't know what to do." Nihan said pointing at Chetna.
"Hm? Me? Don't you dare to lie. It's you who disturbed me while I was cooking. "she said.
"How could you forget it so instantly?"Nihan said.
"You?? "she said but I interrupted her.
"OK OK .Relax! First you both changed your clothes. And me and Trishan will manage this. "I said.
"Huh! Why we? I don't want to do that early in the morning. "Tristan said with an awful expression.
"OK. Then I'll do it myself. "I replied.
"Look at you bro, you are so annoying. You couldn't even help your wife. " Chetna said playfully.
"Fine. I'll do it. " he said angrily.
I smiled.
"Now you go. " I said them.
"OK" they replied.
"Wait. "I stopped them.
"What's wrong? Chetna asked.
"Actually today we have to go to the office so, we'll leave after cleaning this. OK? " I told them.
"Huh! But you both guys eat nothing. "she said.
"Don't worry. We'll eat on our way. "I replied.
"OK. " she said.
Then we both started cleaning and they went to their room...

At the office
We were told to wait in the waiting room. I was very nervous.
Suddenly the door of the room unlocked and a person who had fair skin, short brown hair and the colour of his eyes really eye catching it's green. He's almost as tall as Trishan and seems to be in his forty's. He has a very good personality.
"Hi! I'm Devin J. Smith, the CEO of this company." he said.
"Hello Mr. Devin. " we both greeted him.
" Today I'm here to interview you guys b'coz you are recommended by Mr. Rana who is my very good friend. " he said very politely.
" Thank you Mr Devin." Trishan said.
" Alright please have a seat. " he said.
We both sat and then Mr.Devin said,"please show me your documents. "
We both passed our files to him. When he was looking through the files I got more and more nervous.
After some time he said, "So I have seen your resumes and they are great. You both even have a very good experience in this industry that's very impressive. "
"Thank you Mr. Devin. " we both said in unison.
"Trishan considering your resume and your looks I think that you are more suitable to work in PR department. You also have very much knowledge about it so that's really good for you. "
"Thank you Mr. Devin. Rest assured I'll work hard. " Trishan said happily and Mr. Devin smiled.
" Riwa you also have very good work experience and I was thinking to appoint you in HR department but.... "he stopped.
I felt very uneasy at that time that I couldn't describe my situation in words. I was thinking that he's not gonna select me but then he continued..
"But I want you to be my assistant. "he said.
"Huh! Me? "I was in shock.
"Yes. Actually my assistant is going to resign in few days so I think that you are suitable to be my assistant. "he said.
"B-but Mr. Devin I don't have any experience as an assistant and I know nothing about it. "I said.
"Don't worry I'll talk to my assistant he'll explain you your duties. You can think about it. "he said.
I looked at Trishan, he hold my hand and nodded giving me the courage . I understood what he's trying to say. So I said....
"OK Mr.Devin I'll do it. "
"Great! then when you want to join today or next week. "he asked us.
" Well Mr. Devin we would like to join today. " Trishan said.
"OK. No problem."he said and called someone " John please come in."
After some time a man came and Mr. Devin said, "John they are our new employees so show them around."
"OK sir. " John said.
"Alright see you. " he said and then left.
"please come with me. " John said in a very graceful manner.
Then we both followed him and he showed us our office. I can say that it's as good as its name -"Devin Smith Creations"
The working environment was really good and all the employees of the company were well disciplined. I was looking forward to it.
John showed us each and every corner of the company and we both really like it.
