The whole class became quiet as they listened to how she was going to scold the fool who was in over his head.
It was common knowledge that Mrs Fuise despised people who pretended to know something when they clearly didn't.
Just like that, they quietly sent gloating looks at Lliw.
Lliw saw them and kept quiet even though they did make him very uncomfortable.
"What the heck? Did I do something?" He wondered.
"Good" Mrs Fuise said once everyone settled down.
"Mr Fancel, would you like to come and explain how you got your answer?" She asked Lliw who just shook his head.
"Alright, Ms Everton please come and analyse Mr Fancel's solution" She then turned to the jittery class Rep who immediately got up and picked up a different colored marker.
"Ahem.." she cleared her throat and adjusted her specs.
" Classmate Fancel's solution is a continuation of my own solution. He has used the flaws that Mrs Fuise identified and come up with a way to effectively reduce the amount of time that the AI's defensive system would need to activate and deal with outside influenced. Originally I had a single system which would act as a detector, a firewall and work on reparations, however, Classmate Fancel has separated the system into sub-systems that can simultaneously accomplish these tasks thus effectively reducing the damage that can be done to the AI."
She spoke passionately but clearly so that everyone could hear her. From her flushed cheeks to her rushed sentences, everyone could tell that she was very excited.
She wanted to speak some more but Mrs Fuise figured that she would probably take up the she lesson so she got her to return to her seat and although The class Rep was reluctant, she say down eventually.
However her gaze stayed on Lliw as various questions developed in her head.
"Ok now that that's out of the way, let's move on to the next discussion." Mrs Fuise continued the lesson. Everyone kept quiet and listened intently to her.
" Alright, I will excuse the following people from attending the night additional classes as they didn't laught at Mr Fancel" Mrs Fuise announced before the class ended. She calmed out the names of the people who didn't participate when everyone was laughing at Lliw.
The students whose names were called were pleasantly surprised and rejoiced at their good fortune while those that laughed at him lamented their poor judgement.
Lliw helped her carry her bags before silently following her to her office.
This was the reason that no male student wanted to be late or be the last one to her class.
She would find various ways to punish them and they were not things that could be completed quickly and would eat up their time. She only enforced this rule to make students as she felt that " they were wild, unruly and lazy". She explained her rules on the first lesson and also went on to lecture them about being good and upright students.
It was a very harrying period for everyone and they all came out of that lecture feeling like they had just been released from prison.
She would also lecture them during their punishment time.
They could choose to ignore her, except that they couldn't. Her son was the current Head principal of the university and he dotted on her a lot.
No teacher, student or parent wanted to get on her bad side.
There were instances when some spoiled rich brats tried to use their parents influence to pressure the university but every time, the parents would always show up to apologise for their child's misbehavior.
Many people wondered about her identity but never succeeded in finding anything about her.
Lliw respected her because of her knowledge and wisdom as well as the fact that she was never partial towards any sides. Also, she was quite aged so he didn't feel like creating trouble for her.
A lot of people were enjoying their break but Lliw was forced to follow the energetic Dinosaur to her lair.
Lliw opened the door for her and she silently acknowledged his good manners.
" Grandma! " A figure crashed into the old lady however contrary to Lliw's expectations she did not fall over.
"Little Jane" she responded with a warm smile and gently hugged the girl in her arms.
