It was New Year's Eve almost time for Fantasia to begin. Schaffe was about to leave his manor for the night with Victoria and Jay waiting for him.
"Well, old friend, I assume you can protect them while. I am gone?" asked Schaffe.
"Of course, my lord till I can't move no more sir," said Jay.
"Please try to come back alive," said Victoria.
"Of course, my dear," said Schaffe. She kisses him on the right cheek.
"Father, are you going somewhere?" asked James who walks into the room.
"You are supposed to be in bed," said Victoria.
"I cannot sleep mother," said James. Schaffe goes to him and kneels.
"I have to go away for a bit, but I will be right back, so you will be the man of the house for a bit," said Schaffe.
"Where are you going?" asked James.
"Just to take care of some business," said Schaffe. He takes his hat off and places it on James' head, it is a bit big for him.
"Shall, we go?" asked Victoria. "I will help you go back to bed."
"Alright, mother," said James. They leave them.
"At least, I said goodbye to one of them, before I left," said Schaffe.
"I believe you will return to us," said Jay.
"Oh, you have confidence," said Schaffe.
"With you, always sir," said Jay.
"Thanks, Jay," said Schaffe.
He arrives in the middle of London, where everyone is it hits time where it was supposed to be but nothing is happening.
"Strange, where are the angels and demons? it seems like a dead night to be honest," said Schaffe.
"Yeah, where is this battle?" asked Jonathan. They see a portal opening for a demon but instead comes out a wounded angel creature that was knocked out of it.
"But Demons are supposed to come out of that kind," said Lucifer.
"The Angels might be attacking The Demons first a smart play if you ask me," said Artorias.
"Let's go if we take care of them there, then no damage happens here," said Schaffe. They all head towards the portal and enter it before it closes as the Angel creature dies right there.
They appeared on a cliffside where they saw the Angels and Demons have begun fighting each other on a field. Lucifer and Artorias have returned to their demon forms.
"It feels amazing to be finally back home," said Artorias.
"Where do we start?" asked Alucard.
"Behind us," said Jonathan. They look and see Mundus has found them.
"Ah, finally come back spawn of Lillith," said Mundus.
"Why, if is not my good old pal, I came to finish what I started," said Schaffe.
"I can tell you have become stronger, but that will not help you," said Mundus.
"Ah, Mundus, it has been ages since I last saw you, you will pay for what you have done to the Black Family and my brother," said Artorias.
"Nothing will help you all as I will kill all of you where you stand and grind on your bones," said Mundus. He starts to emit a dark aura.
