Jonathan shut his eyes for a minute and sighed. "It's okay, I believe you." He said.
Walking to the door he opened it and stood in the way. "What do you want?" He asked the man at the door.
"I'm sorry for the inconvenience sir but we'll have to search this room." The man said.
Jessie bent beside the bed and struggled to keep her rapid heartbeat from exposing her.
"I beg your pardon?" Jonathan asked. "What right do you have to say such?"
"It's just... Sir there has been an intruder and the person ran past here so I have t-"
"You mean somebody infiltrated your business and put all the safety of your customers in jeopardy? Is that what your saying?" Jonathan asked.
"Uh... yes sir, that's what happened." The man said.
Jonathan laughed "and you have the guts to come here and ask to search my room? Instead of catching this person? You even had the guts to come here and tell me that my life is in danger due to the incompetence of your staff?!" Jonathan yelled.
