Conner growled deeply as he saw everyone wanting to protect each other. "You fools... are so insanely stupid to where it makes my head ache." Blaze tauntingly asked, "Oh? Why is that?" Conner said, "You may have more numbers, but I have more skill, and power! Feast your eyes on my divinity!"
The black lynx closed his eyes, and a dark purple aura appeared around him. When he opened his eyes, all Kole saw was pure bloodlust. A spear appeared above his head, and he shouted, "Die!" Blaze shot a fireball at Conner, but the spear pushed it away. Blacksmith ran away, and Conner threw the spear at him, but Ice cancelled it's course with an icicle.
"You pests!" Conner had enough. He started floating in the air, and the sky has gone dark. Edward got trapped in a magic shield, and Conner's eyes faded to an eerie purple. Suddenly, they were all facing a door. "Wait what happened? Where are we?" Ice said as he looked around. "We're in the panther's estate. But how?" "Because I teleported you here."
Kole and the others turned around to see Paul with a small device at his paws. "What is that?" Lark asked as he walked closer to take a closer look. "I uh... got it from a friend. It's a teleportation device. It can teleport you wherever this little coin is." He broke the floor and pulled out a bronze coin. No one has seen anything like it.
"Say gramps. If you have that, can't we just teleport to where we are supposed to be?" Blaze asked. Paul rolled his eyes and said, "Yes I can. But I have to send a bird there to bring a chip to your destination. So where do you want to go?" "The Jungle Temple please." Lark said. The panther said, "Okay! It will take a while.
The door busted open and Conner shouted, "There you are!" Paul screamed, and accidentally pulled the trigger on the teleportation gun, and teleported us to the middle of nowhere. The bird that was going to the temple flew back to Berkshire, leaving us stranded in the middle of a desert. Lark sighed and said, "This is what we get for teaching Kole."
Ice said, "No it's not! It's our fault for not realizing that Edward was evil!" Blacksmith said, "From here, the Jungle should be up ahead. We just have to keep going straight." The six of them followed where the sun rose. When the sun started to set, the animals finally got to rest. Lark and Mr. Nafario slept near each other, while Blaze slept alone. Kole was resting with Ice, and Blacksmith. Looking up at the stars, Kole asked himself, "Why couldn't I save him?" Mr. Nafario walked up to him and said, "Because you need more training. The spirit was too strong."
Kole sighed sadly, and Nafario said, "You should talk to your parents. It's been a bit." Kole said, "I did. Mom told me to never give up on anything. I promised her that I wouldn't." Mr. Nafario smiled warmly and said, "You're growing so much for someone who has forgotten so many things." Kole just stared at him for a bit, then chuckled.
Mr. Nafario said, "Alright. You better get some sleep. We're going to have a long day tomorrow, so it's better to start fresh." "Good night Mr. Nafario." "Good night... Kole.".
