After Melissa left, Mark looked at the ceiling and pinched between his eyebrows, "So many things happened and so many things are yet to come".
Alex: You can still leave it to me, you know.
Mark: I know, but still. We are against Mr. Dylan Davis here, you don't know how many problems he has caused in the business industry.
Alex: I never met him to be honest, maybe I saw him once when Melissa moved in my neighborhood for the first time.
Mark: It's a golden chance to ruin him and I'm sure if Matthew knew he would go for it too.
After a pause, "I've already booked our tickets, it will be same flight so I bought economic class tickets. We'll have to wear a disguise", said Mark.
Alex: ...
Mark: You can leave early today and pack your stuff. Our flight is at 7pm.
Alex: Alright, I'll see you at the airport then.
Alex got up and left to complete the half-finished work he was doing. He was now at ease that Cindy will not be a part of this mess but he was afraid that Melissa will be in danger.
After finishing his work, he looked at the clock.
'It's 4 already?' Alex stretched his hands and back to ease up. He got up from the chair and looked out the window. Despite the busy traffic there was no outside sound in the room. He murmured, "Chaos can seem so quiet from a different perspective".

Alex got in the car and called Carla.
Carla: Everything alright?
Alex: Yeah. Can you keep a secret?
Carla: of course honey, what happened?
Alex: I'm going to Shanghai tonight, my flight is at 7.
Carla looked at her watch, "Wow, thanks for telling me this early".
Alex: I'm sorry, it's a sudden plan.
Carla: Alright, then I'll stay with Cindy until you return.
Alex: Thank you and another thing.
Carla: ??
Alex: Don't tell Cindy that I'm going to Shanghai.
Cindy: Why?
Alex: I'll tell you after I'm back.
Carla: Alright, have a safe flight and make sure you eat timely. How long are you gonna stay there?
Alex: Around 7 days.
Carla: I'll miss you.
Alex: I'll miss you too, take care of yourself. Bye, love you mom.
Carla: love you too.
After hanging up the phone Alex took a heavy sigh, 'I hope I can see you again'.
Carla looked at Aunt Rhodey, who was folding Cindy's and kids clothes and putting it in a luggage. Her eyes got filled with worries, 'What are you hiding Alex?'

After getting off from work, Cindy quickly headed towards the airport as Matthew told her to. She called Carla instantly when Matthew told her she can come and asked her not to tell Alex. Even though she wanted to go home first to freshen up but she would've gotten late. After reaching the airport, Cindy looked around for Matthew and her kids. From a distance Olivia called her out. When Cindy turned around, she was surprised seeing them.
