Right now Edward needed to keep his cool and focus on the issues one by one. There was no point in him panicking. Nonetheless, the burden was still there on his shoulders.
Nothing could be taken care of at the moment so the only thing Edward could do was hope.
Edward could only hope that the six people from the salt team would return safely with salt.
Only then could they preserve food for the winter according to the original plan. The current reserve was just enough to get them by for the rainy days because during rain all the animals would go into hiding.
After dinner, Edward comforted himself and decided to just rest.
Night also noticed the change in Edward's emotions. She knew that she couldn't directly help him so she chose to just sit silently by the side of Edward.
"Light.....did I made you angry today?" She whispered to him.
