OPHELIA'S POV
"Tell me something about your childhood. I wanna know more about it."
My childhood, huh? I looked at Xavier who was combing Hazel's hair while I was braiding Olivia's hair. I tried to keep Olivia's head straight while braiding them with the other hand. But both of them kept dozing off.
"I mean, Luna and I were always close. There was a time when we grew apart but that was only during her high school and when I was in middle school. Those years were awful. I didn't really have a special childhood. It was filled with days when I used to stay in the house alone because my parents were out on business trips and Luna was out partying."
Xavier nodded, probably pitying me. I hated that sympathy from anyone. It made me feel weak. Like, I wasn't strong enough.
