Holding a container of soup grandma Davis said, "And you both know that you cannot control anything in this situation right?"
Walking towards she placed the container on the table and said, "You brat, stop irritating my grand-daughter".
Grandma Davis then hugged June and asked, "How are you feeling my child?."
June smiled and said, "I'm feeling great grandma."
"And how is my grand-child doing?", father Hembron asked walking inside along with uncle Hembron.
Uncle Hembron hugged June and asked, "How could you be so careless June, what if you would get hurt?"
"Now I'm fine, "June said with an indifferent smile on her face.
Though everyone failed to notice it Liam noticed her.
After talking to June for sometime everyone left leaving the couple alone.
As soon as they left Liam made her sit on the bed and said, "Here, first you eat something."
Looking at the porridge June said, "I want to have spicy chicken wings."
Liam shoved a spoon of porridge into her mouth and said, "Doctor has instructed you should not eat any heavy foods at least for a month."
June pouted her lips and said, "I'll only eat half of it."
Liam shook his head and said, "You are going to finish this whole bowl along with these vegetables and the soup."
June widened her eyes and said, "What? Are you serious? I cannot eat everything."
Liam again shoved a spoonful porridge in her mouth and said, "Yes you are."
After finishing their food June said, "You are really going to make me fat."
"How are you feeling now and how is our little champ doing?", Edith asked
June smiled and said, "We both are doing great."
Chris smiled at her and said, "Congrats June".
June smiled at her and said, "Thank you".
They were speaking casually when Edith's father entered along with Chris' grandmother and father Hembron and grandma Davis.
Looking at June uncle Frank said, "Look at you all glowing, how are you feeling my child."
"I'm fine uncle, thank you for visiting me", June said.
Cupping June's cheeks grandma Taylor said, "Really Isabella, your grand-daughter in law is very beautiful just like our Edith."
Edith smiled and hugged grandma Taylor and said, "Love you so much grandma".
As Chris was about to hug his grandma Taylor pushed her and walked towards Liam, hugging him she said, "I'm proud of you my little boy", turning towards June she said, "You both knock some sense into your friends' head and ask them to make me great - grandmother too".
Chris frowned and said, "Grandma what are you saying, we are not even married yet."
Edith's face turned red and she hid behind her father.
Grandma Taylor retorted and said, "Then get married soon who is stopping you, in fact you can get married today and we will give our blessings, right Mr. Frank".
Mr. Frank nodded his head and said, "Yes yes, I don't have any problem with you both getting married, I have already met Chris and he is a very nice guy and perfect for my daughter in every aspect."
Chris retorted and said, "But grandam, dad we still want to take our time before taking such a huge decision, so you guys please stop us bugging to get married, we will definitely get married when the right time comes."
It was not Chris didn't want to marry Edith, he was ready to marry her right now and there but they both wanted to take the decision for their marriage little slow and on this they both had mutually agreed. But even though Edith had agreed on this her heart flinched when Chris said he wanted to take things slow.
