Throwing the pillow aside he said, "But we started dating before I became the boss right and how can you abandon me suddenly"
Edith sighed and said, "This- everything is happening so suddenly and what will my colleagues think"
Chris frowned and asked, "You are worried about the damned colleagues?"
"It isn't that" pausing for a while she said, "It is that I can't date the boss and I don't want to hide our relationship. This is all so complicated"
Grabbing her hands Chris said, "Look babe no one will ever dare to judge you and the CEO position is what I got after you I can leave that not you so please don't kick me out of the room"
Smacking his head Edith said, "Do you think it is a joke?"
Looking into her eyes he said, "I'm serious okay nothing is more important to me than you, not even me and wha-"
His words were cut when Edith tip-toed and kissed his lips. Sucking his lower lip for sometime she retrieved back. Both were panting in each others embrace. Grabbing her waist he slowly lifted her and placed her on the bed.
He then attacked her lips and pulled her sleeves down.....

Next Morning
Davis Mansion
June woke up when she received a call from Edith. Slowly removing Liam's hand from her waist she picked her mobile. But as soon as she received the call she heard a loud scream from the other side.
Edith who was excited early in the morning yelled loudly, "June, my girl, I'm dating my boss"
June chucked and said, "Stupid I already know that and why are you not angry anymore?"
"No I'm not angry we've sorted every thing out already and I'm not going to hide my relationship too", Edith said
June smiled and said, "You got this Ed and you are absolutely right why to hide your love from anyone"
"Oh by the way did you sort everything out with Mr. Davis", Edith asked
June cleared her throat and said, "Hmm yeah everything is okay now"
"But why do I smell love there come on tell me what happened", Edith asked
"Nothing now will you hang up I have to get ready to the office", June said before hanging up the call. Of course there was love, they had their first kiss and she had initiated it.
After getting dressed up Liam dropped June before heading towards Davis Corporation
Chris was already waiting along with Michael in his cabin
As soon as he entered Chris complained, "Man why did you call me so urgently. Do you even know that I have whole company to manage"
"Shut up, I think there is something wrong with Uncle Noah", Liam said taking his seat
"What do you mean?", Chris asked
When Liam turned towards Michael he nodded his head and took out his tabloid, "As per to your instructions when the guards followed him they found out that he didn't head to London in fact he didn't even book a flite and headed towards Country M"
"But why did ask your guards to follow them did you have any previous suspicion?", Chris asked
Liam shook his head and replied, "No I just wanted to make sure that everyone around us were safe so I had allotted some hidden guards to both father and uncle too"
Nodding his head Chris said, "That is okay but why are you suspecting him"
