The giant Ruin Monster had already turned its head, its massive eyeballs now facing Li Teng.
Its neck was capable of rotating freely, so when its body didn't turn, only its head did first, preventing Li Teng from attacking its vulnerable area on the back.
"Gao Fei, you should be able to aim and fire the Grenade Launcher without my control, right?" Li Teng called out to Gao Fei. He remembered that even without his control, Gao Fei could walk and climb out of the carriage by itself.
"I can, but due to design limitations, my actions will become slow without you," Gao Fei answered Li Teng. Gao Fei was just an exoskeleton after all, assisting only upon receiving Li Teng's biological signals. Without the signals, controlling it himself would result in stiff and slow movements, to the point where even the swings of the giant Ruin Monster could not be dodged.
