--LARA'S FLASHBACK-- (a year ago)
"What! You are still mistreating your step dad?" Lucas asks as he waits for Lara's reply.
"I am not mistreating him! I just don't trust him yet, even though I want to." Lara says as she pouts.
"He is actually a sweet guy! He helped me to find an ice-cream truck while I was working."
"I KNOW THAT HE IS A VERY NICE GUY!!" Lara shouts as she covers her face with her hands realizing that she was too loud, then she got into realization and looked at Lucas and asked him "Wait, you eat ice-cream during work?"
Lucas kept his index finger on top of his lips giving Lara a sign to not to tell anybody. "Anyway, It's actually okay if you don't trust him yet, it just shows that you are cautious about yourself."
"Really?"
"Yeah! Even though I know my daughter for 14 years I still don't trust her with the cookies."
"I don't think that's a good comparison..."
"The more time you spend with your step dad, the more you will trust him, it's normal to not trust people especially when you went through tough time with your actual dad."
"Yeah maybe."
"Even though the advice I gave never works with me and Lydia."
"I think I am actually going to tell Lydia about you eating Ice-cream during your work."
"Please don't!" Lucas said as he joint both his palms together.
Then from distant a brown haired man came with a cake box in his hand, he went to where Lara and Lucas were sitting. It was actually Lara's step dad, Noah Williams.
"See, I brought chocolate cake for you! Isn't it your favorite?"
"Not really, I prefer Vanilla."
"Oh man..." Noah sighs in despair.
"Buuut... as my step dad brought it for me, because he cares about me..... I like chocolate cake more than vanilla." Lara said while she smiling at Noah.
Hearing this Noah was about tear up, but he controlled himself. They both decided to leave and before they could Lara turned back and told Lucas- "I think now is the time for you to buy Lydia a smartphone, she is the only one who doesn't have one."
"I will think about it." Lucas replied.
-------------------------------------------------FLASH BACK END-------------------------------------------------
Both Almer and Lara were walking down the streets quietly, not saying a word to each other. The rain was still pouring down on earth heavily. A few minutes later Almer noticed a drop of tear falling from Lara's cheeks.
"Lara..."
"NO! SERIOUSLY! WHY HIM? WHAT DID HE DO WRONG? ARE THE HEAVENS AGAINST US?"
Almer did not say a word, he stood there silently in despair... not knowing what to tell and the only sentence he could bring out off himself was "Let's go back home."
Lara was still crying, her eyes became all red, her nose became runny. Meanwhile Almer called for a Taxi and both of them left.
Lydia was sitting on top of her bed, while hugging her legs close to her chest. She was looking outside the window on the rainy night. Trying to process everything on her head.
--Lydia Flashback-- (4 years ago)
"DAD! That man literally disrespected you!" Small little Lydia said to her father.
"So what?"
"So what? You are a police officer, people should respect you!"
"Just because I am a police officer that doesn't mean that I should get other people's respects."
"At least you are not forgiving him right?"
"What? I already did."
"YOU WHAT!" Lydia replied as she was surprised.
Lucas laughed a little and said as he bent down to reach Lydia Lydia height, and then he kept his hand on her shoulders. "You know little pizza, One of the most important thing in life is to forgive people no matter what..."
"Even If they hurt us?"
"Yes even if they hurt us."
--End Flashback--
The rain slowly slowed down and later it finally stopped. Lydia got out of her bed and went to the balcony and saw the moon shining in the dark night, with the stars twinkling brightly across the sky. She took a deep breath and smelled the Earthly Aroma.
"Dad... I know that you taught me to forgive people no matter what... But..." Lydia started slowly tearing up. "How can I forgive someone who hurt the people I love... I can't... I can't father... even if I want to... I just can't."
She rubbed her eyes and then Immediately she remembered something. She ran to her room and took her bag from the floor and tossed the things inside the bag onto the bed, then the golden portal ball appeared. She picked it up with her hand and examined it slowly.
"Should I do this?" Lydia thought about it in her head.
She clicked the button and threw it into her room wall and the ball opened up a portal. She went near the portal and took a step back as she hesitated, but then she went in without a second thought.
"So you are here..." The old man from before said. He was sitting on chair with a huge table in front of him with so many ancient things. There was a wall long window on the other side of the room and Lydia looked there.
"Japan....." By looking at the Sky tree she realized that she was in an whole different country.
Lydia went up to the old man and told him with all seriousness.
"I want to become The Green Ajax."
"Of course you do."
The old man smirked and he got out of his chair, they both were walking down the hallways and the old man spoke up to Lydia.
"You want to avenge your dad right?"
"Yes."
"Kind people will tell you it's better to forgive the person, but it's you who have to decide if you want to or not, and in my opinion you have to..."
Lydia was waiting to hear what the old man would tell her.
"Beat the shit out of him!" he replied laughing.
Lydia smiled and she said "I guess we both are on the same page here."
They entered a dark room but with light only on a particular place... the Light was shining on a book, a big golden book, It looked really old but it seems like it was kept safely here.
The old man and Lydia went near the book. He opened the book to a blank page and gave Lydia a green Feather pen.
"Every Green Ajax writes their name here to have the ability to fight, to protect and to avenge. But when you resign or goes to an afterlife, your name will be erased from here. And your identity as the Green Ajax will be a secret, only the other members of The Ajax will only know that it's you. "
Lydia took the feather pen and gulped.
"Lydia Carlson, First born of Lucas and Emma Carlson. Do you from now own, use your position to fight, to protect and to avenge as The Green Ajax?"
"Yes I do." Lydia said as she wrote her name down on the book.
The old man closed the book and asked Lydia to move out. They both Left the room and went back to the main room, from there the old man took A green badge and gave it to Lydia. She took it and pinned it to the top of her chest and she clicked the button on the badge and it quickly turned her dress into....
(sorry about the quality)
"Congrats on being The Green Ajax. You can call me Master." He said and both of them gave each other a handshake.
Lydia went near the wall long window and looked at the beautiful Tokyo City and said to herself.
"You just wait Damien... I will be the one to crush your soul."
