Number One: You must live your life with confidence. Confidence that you can beat everything that comes in your way. Be it diseases, calamity, or man made problems. Always love your life with confidence.
Number Two: Have Full Control of your mind, and do not or never allow fear or small obstacle to throw you off course. You must maintain your calm demeanor at all times. With calm mind, comes rationality. We all know that fear comes from the unknown (Release that Witch - Lightning) but do not let your fear reign because once you lost your calmness and let fear have free reign on your system you will face a one heck of a big problem. So, stay focus and stay Calm.
Number Three: Always look forward to every day and always see the beauty and positivity that that day will bring on you and your family. Of course we need to pour a lot of positive vibes inside our system and inside our house so that we can have a light environment and so that we can start our day smoothly with a light heart. Do not think of tomorrow as a sign of heavy work instead think of tomorrow as a new day of productive activity for one self. A productive day that we are enjoying and also a productive day that will bring us a reward at the end of every month.🤑
Number Four: Make yourself what you want to be. If you have a wife or husband be a loving partner. If you have a child and partner, be a good mom/dad and be a good and loving partner. If you have a good set of friends then be a good, loving and loyal friend. For what you give to others, the heavens will give it back to you ten folds or even a hundred fold. By also doing this you can reduce your stress or anxiety because you know that there are people that will always by your side no matter what happen in the future.
Number Five: Spread Positive vibes anywhere you go. Of course just like the old saying "Share your blessings," you must also share positive vibes to other people. Especially to those who needed it the most. To those who are suffering anxiety consciously or unconsciously. Be a good example to other people by showing them that despite having a ton of problems you are fighting and living with positive vibes everyday.
Number Six: Live every moment of life with joy. Live it with someone important to you. Be it with your friends, parents, children (if you are a solo parent), with your child and partner, with your girlfriend or boyfriend, with your grand parents, or even with your pet if you like.
Number Seven: Do not isolate your self from other people. Especially to those important to you like your family. No man is an island. No one can survive a calamity alone. You need to depend on other people sometimes so that you can survive. Beating anxiety is something that make other people think negatively and they surrender immediately because they do not have a support or rather they are rejecting the support being offered by their love ones. Depend on other people sometimes and let them help you beat anxiety. Always think that you are not alone.
To end this chapter, I will tell you that no matter what happens in the future as long as we know how to deal with anxiety we can survive it, we can conquer it. It may not be us suffering from it, we can still help others who are suffering from it. Remember, no man is an island, we are all responsible to the well being of one another. Let us reach our hands to those people who are drowning because they think they are facing their problems alone. Let us build a bridge where we can walk side by side without leaving anyone behind.
