"Yeah! Coming.." he threw his hand over your shoulder and guided you out. Your face was flushed white and you were in a doubt once again. This time you were actually 70% sure that Taehyung was the murderer...
You had seen his gun in the picture as well as in real life, they were exactly the same. He also used to say, "When the right time comes, you'll know," whenever you asked about some of his work. You also never knew where Taehyung was when the fire broke out.

(In the ride taking you back to the University)
Jin was driving and Perrie sat beside him while you two occupied the back seats
"LOrD! I wheeezeddd on that!!" Jin let out a strange laugh which sounded like cleaning a window with a wiper and Perrie wheezed again- while saying what she was... Actually, screaming!
You kept quiet all along. Taehyung too didn't say anything except for sparing a few laughs in between.
You suddenly felt a hand on your own one, it was Taehyung's hand. It broke the intimacy between your brain, its overthinking and your analysis. "All okay?" he asked, ducking his head a bit low to look into your eyes. It was all just perfect! No one could tell he was putting up a show or something. Just why? Why did he- "Y/n?" he smiled gently, raised his eyebrows and asked you yet again with his deep voice and hand still on yours. "Uh yeah, fine.." you said in a monotone trying really hard to fake a smile, which you're sure he could have made out wasn't genuine.
(Taehyung's 1st Person POV)
"Should I ask her now?" I thought to myself. I gave it another review and went, "Umm Y/n," she hummed while looking outside the car window, her hand still in mine, cold. "Will you...emm...go on a date with me? Let me take you out?" I let out. "WHAT?! WHY?!" she suddenly raised her voice and widened her eyes. "Oh! I- Uh- Since we're.. you know...getting married. I suppose we should get to know each other better beforehand. Like.. we're already friends but it would be better if we become something more-" she cuts me off, "No!" "Why?-" I asked, a bit disappointed and sad. It felt bad tbh, my heart! I'm falling in love with her AND I have to protect her too, it'll be easier if we're married and she's with me all the time. "Actually, emm- PERRIE and I emm have plans aahaaha!" she let out loudly and weirdly. "Eh? She's lying, dude." Perrie turned back towards me and said while grinning. "She'll go with you on that date! Don't worry, Imma beat her ass if she doesn't get outta that room, I guarantee, she'll come :)" Perrie said giving Y/n a threatening look and a kind one to me.

The rest of the ride was quite silent. Perrie slept on Jin's shoulder. He had to throw her back onto her seat, of course, gently, considering they were dating....emm..yeah..from the past 54 minutes.

(The Date Day)

"NO! I DON'T WANNA GOOOOO AND I'M NOTTT WEARING THIS!!!" you screamed on the top of your lungs. "Shut up oof!" Perrie said surprisingly in a calm manner. "Go wear this and I'll do your makeup." "No, I don-" "YOU HAVE 5 MINUTES!"

You came out of the changing area of your room wearing this and went to Perrie. You saw her in this...

"Yaah! Why are you-" you started when she cut you off, "I have a date <3" "What?! Wi-" "With my Seokjinnie," she completed it for you while dramatically stepping into dreamland and swaying her hips in awe and imagination. "When did that happen?!!" you said with widened eyes. "When Taehyung got jealous of Jimin and you together lol" "He what? I- AND HOW CAN YOU EVEN WEAR SOMETHING LIKE THAT?!! "ENOUGH ENOUGH!" she clapped her hands and pushed you to sit on the dressing chair. She did your hair and makeup in less than 15 minutes. That's when you heard a knock on the door. "You expecting someone?" you asked her. "WHO paid you HOW much to be THAT dumb?" she blurted out, hit your head slightly and hurried to open the door.
"Hey, Pezzieepiee!" It was Jin. "HIIIIIIIII!!" she clung onto him at once, just like how a koala clings to a tree. "Letttt'ssss gooooooooo!!" he shouted in a hilarious way making her chortle, pecked her cheek and they both left. "Hey-" you wanted to yell out to her but the door shut right there on your face.
And then there was another knock at the door. "UGHH!! WHAT IS IT WITH PEOPLE TODAY?!" you growled and opened the door. It was Taehyung! "Oh right! I have a date too-" you thought to yourself shrugging the blood and gun and betrayal out of your head for a minute, trying to believe in him. Dapper looks though!
It seemed like he choked on his saliva and rose to cough. "WOW- You look so h- pretty haha pretty!" he nervously chuckled. "Do you want water? You're sweltering-" you asked in a queer manner. "NO- I'm okay, let's go!" he replied composing himself. He lent you his arm while you closed the door, you reverted back to his kind gesture.
He drove you both to an unknown place. "Oh tell me where pleassee!!" you whined. "You'll see, have patience," he said blinding you with his boxy smile.

(Venue: Rightwales Palace Dining)
"Here, shush!" he came closer to you once you were out of the car, blocking your view with a blindfold. You got the chills this time. One, he was too close to you...too close. Second, you didn't like to be in the dark, so you didn't know what to anticipate right now. A shock or a surprise.. "Tae-" "You'll be fine, don't worry! You'll like it." He was about to kiss you on the surface of your lips but then backed away, not being ready enough. "Let's go!"
He guided you all the way for about 3 minutes and then stopped causing you to stop too. He cooed near your ear in a very low tone, "Here we are...You can look now."
You removed the cloth and looked around in wonder. "Wow!" you unknowingly let out in a gasp.

"Oh my! This is so beautiful!" you said, almost in tears. "Thank you so much Taehyung!" "I'm glad you liked it!" he chirped brightly. "Shall we?" he asked for your hand and helped you get seated where you would dine.
You were at the brink of finishing the food you guys ordered when he stood up.
He came closer to you and knelt down in front of your space. "I have fallen head over heels for you Miss. I haven't ever felt what I have been feeling being by your side, all these months we've spent together. It's only you for me now and always from now." He gets a box out of his coat's inner pocket and reveals a platinum ring resting on its fluff. "Will you marry me Y/n L/n? I will cherish you forever in this lifetime and the ones which are to come ahead."
You were absolutely speechless. Nothing like this, nothing, had you ever experienced in life yet! You didn't know what to do, how to act, what to say. After he whimpered a bit due to kneeling down, you got to your senses and said, "I will. Yes! I will!"
He cheered out of happiness and let out a laugh of victory. He pulled your hand from your lap and slithered that ring, adjusting it delicately on your ring finger. "I love you!" He came closer to you, on his feet, got you up too and kissed you. This was the best moment of your life! You were the happiest you've ever been.
You had lovely talks, you laughed, played around, joked, shared childhood memories...
Alas! The fun had to come to an end!
*RING RING* *RING RING* *RING RING*
"Your phone Tae" you pointed out. "It's not important. Leave it!" his smile vanished. You smiled and said, "Go on, take the call, I'll wait." "Okay.." he said and went away near a tree.
(Taehyung's POV)
"Yes, sire!" he said. It was Klaus on the line.
"Are you working?" he asked. "Yes, sire! I most certainly am."
"I came to know that Y/n and you have got close...unnecessary-degree close..." he said in a calm and serene tone. "Do you fancy her?"
"No! Of course, I don't love Y/n. I'm just carrying out my task. Don't worry! I've never failed you sire and I never will."
"I hope so..... Carry on! Be careful, don't forget your motive and complete what you started. It shouldn't take long now." The call ended as Taehyung said, "Yes, sire!"
(Taehyung's POV ends)
"Damn!" The juice got spilt over your dress. You ran out of wipes so you stood up to find the restroom. You overheard him, Taehyung, on your way...
"No! Of course, I don't love Y/n. I'm just carrying out my task. Don't worry! I've never failed you sire and I never will."
That was it.....betrayal again...
The one person you now wanted to feel whole and safe with, wasn't actually the one in reality.
