9:44 pm
I step into this dark place called 'Chamber room' and as soon as I got in, I heard the recalibrating sound with its text in front my eyesight pertaining of what the game system is doing.
The sound of that stop and one by one the lights are turning on and see the room like twice the size of a round gladiator arena but it has surrounded by white big square tiles of wall and floor.
My HUD has changes too, My HP, Mana, and fatigue bar has a red borderline near the low point zone. My gaming capsule interface is gone and what I am curious right now is the different numbers in ratio numbering of '5:1'.
<"Welcome to your chamber room, Player">
I heard a female voice surrounding the room as the lights completely light the whole room.
<"the chamber room is a private server in your gaming capsule, this room will be one of your practice and testing ground for the ALPHA GAIA. This is empty for now because eventually you will fill it up this room to your liking.">
<"The capsule interface will not be available here in this room; you will only see the capsule HUD icon when you exit in this room.">
Oh, so this is my personal lobby for my server containing things I found in the GAIA so I put my leather backpack on the edge of the room. Besides its enormous size for one person, it is all big empty white room waiting to be filled. So what I want to do right now is to read my 2 books that I have given to me. Yehey! Free reading baby.
As I look onto my backpack, I get the 'Players handbook' first and read it. Besides of the basic information that I saw basic intro about my stats, gears, and inventory like all RPG should be but I see the most contents of the book full of black out lines and pictures to which I'm confused, it is supposed to be a guide book right? As I touch the black line in the page. A window pops up, "The contents are not to be revealed yet due to certain conditions to unlock it." The sentence stated by the window.
So all of the blackout contents are locked is needed to be revealed as I explore to GAIA. That's good because there are certain conditions to be unlocked to know what's in store for us in the future, in this there will be hype pertaining to events and new expansion releases created by the AI.
Next, I get the last book which is the 'Tribe Military Graduate Handbook'. A window pops up when I open to see the contents. The letters are gibberish and I don't understand a word of what medium of language they use in this notebook
[Tribe High Military Graduate Handbook – it is a handbook that contains your identification, purpose, and your academic history in the Tribe military academy. It has a signature crest of the High Chieftain that you are personally trained and educated by him/her. Present this in the City guards at the gate.
Weight: 0.1
Durability: 4/4]
I understand now, this is only an item for presenting to the guard meaning we have to enter with authorization by the city guards and the low durability because it is made of paper.
Okay we got real information out here; CITY will be the starting point of the game here. This item dropping hints on what I will encounter in the server, which will be a great start then.
I put the Military handbook on the floor besides the Player's handbook. I take out the other items I have: bag of 1000 brown coins, 10 breads, 10 beef jerky, and water bag. I click on them to have some details in each of them.
(Pouch of coins - a pouch of coins containing 1000 bronze coins needed to buy various gears and items in GAIA as one of forms of trading. (In-game currency)
Bread x10 – a consumable that gives you energy, regenerates health and Mana 1 point each second for 5 minutes.
Beef Jerky – a dried consumable that last for days which good for exploration, gives base hp increase and also strength by 5% for 1 hour (stackable duration)
Water bag – this consumable will keep you hydrated, regenerates 5 mana and 2 fatigue points for each second for 20 minutes.) I press the X button to close the windows on top of the items.
This is all I have for now and resume reading the players handbook if there is unlocked content here, I saw the Character origin section at the end, almost of the book.
Character origins are the feature that makes the character have a story in GAIA to fulfill, this origins will have a special quests pertaining to the said origin to have arcs that is uniquely to you and have rewards that will give you an advantage to the world of GAIA. Besides the unknown story of GAIA, there will be character stories that will be unique to the other players which are a great feature in a RPG game. It feels like I'm playing a D&D game literally via virtual reality that every player has unique storyline which I wish I can be involved to in the future.
Oh my, that will be exciting, I think they utilize the advantages of having an A.I. as a creator of this world because they can pull off a feature like this to make players more immerse in the world.
It's not just that I discover in the book, the chamber room has a 5:1 ratio meaning the 5 minutes I spend here will be only 1 minute in real time. I don't know what the cause of this but if they take out the gaming capsule interface means the chamber room is a private server for me. It will add to the things that I need to ask to dad, I think he has connections to the Tri-Gon about this.
If it is like that, what will I do here besides this room is empty.
Then I realize something that I want to do that is not allowed for me since I woke up from coma.
TOTAL BODY WORKOUT!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been wanting to do full body workout but Ate Kyle clearly against it so I might as well to satisfy myself to do my usual shit right!
But I try to test something If I can do my usual routine by handstanding straight for 5 minutes. I go near to the wall with little distance so I can have a spurt motion when I rise up my legs, I put my both hands on the floor and hastily rise my legs straight. When I did that, I didn't even last 20 seconds and I struggled too doing it!
*exasperated sighs*! Okay, If I can't do a handstand lasting for 3-5 minutes then my body is not recovered yet. I know it's not a good index but I usually do handstands on before and after my workout so that's my sign of how long I can do that.
So I did basic stretching and workout routine even against my will so I do the following exercises that I remember.
I'll do the stretching before and after workout
I do that for 3 times with 5 minute intervals then do my second stretching
After my second stretching, I jog for 10 kilometers without rest. When I'm done, still catching my breath. I saw the fatigue bar lower then half almost near the borderline.
Fatigue: 25/73
I lost 48 FP (fatigue points) or more because I regenerate for more than 2 hours so I see how many minutes I can regenerate my FP.
I click on the vitality in the status window and pops up the details of how much it regenerates then I'm shocked on how much it only regenerates.
My HP, Mana, and Fatigue only regenerate 1.8 points per 5 minutes! What the hell!? It's too low! It will take almost 2 hours to complete fill up my fatigue bar and if I lose all my FP, I will pass out unconscious here. I don't want that to happened to me especially when I'm alone, *sigh* even though I can wait because spending 2 hours in this room is 24 minutes pass by but still it's 2 hours. So I just sit leaning on the wall waiting, so I sleep even though it doesn't affect my FP to go regenerate more because sleeping only increase twice regeneration on HP and Mana so it's kind of a bummer.
After I rest and do it again twice with the a rest in between for me to be satisfied and I want to watch the time but I need to get out of this room to access it so since I'm satisfied then I exit in the room and the capsule HUD icon shows up and I see the current time
11:53 pm, more than 2 hours have passed and I feel freaking tired because of my low FP. The synchronization of this capsule in the game is so real that I can feel fatigue in my whole body which is good because I can feel the pain that dad implements in the Nervegear he made. I never thought at how sensational it is to feel this way in diving, I better should add to ask Maribelle on what was the first experience diving into the game so I can get pointers on what difference my dad's capsule from the current capsules in the market.
It's not even starting yet I have great experience diving that I can see myself playing it for a while in these coming months.
Great start I guess?
