Monday morning rolled around after the boys *cough... cheated...cough * with their defense challenges with Yukii's father and brothers. We also were able to get a ton of information out of Dix and Shi, but it wasn't enough. They call the second creation older brother and my uncle calls him son. Also, once their hormone is out of their system it's like a switch they don't remember where their home is and my uncle loses their location, meaning he can replace them whenever he wants, but my uncle is working on some sort of hormones for the fourth creation. The kids said that we are the most important part of the 4th creation. Shi even mentioned to us that he's heard my uncle talking about it being the new 2nd creation.
I wish he'd stop trying to create more of those hormones and just use what he has so we can stop him. I look out of the bus window as Yukii and Vee are fighting over Yukii's hair for homecoming. I notice the school coming into view as I sigh; this feels like it's going to be an interesting one.
The bus stops as we slowly get off, I notice the guys were already here; odd for them, but not as odd as Dr. Kellie standing next to the principal. I make a b-line with Vee and Yukii to the girl's room. I look around to notice the dropout girls were smoking by the window, I pull out three fifties, "Keep everyone out and I'll keep it a secret you were smoking in here." The three girls look at the money and nod, "Deal, you have my vote by the way, for class president." Their leader said as I roll my eyes. Once the door was closed, I turn to them, "Alright was I the only one who saw Dr. Kellie out them?"
Yukii nods as Vee looks nervously at the door, "It looks like she has something up her sleeve, doesn't she?" Vee asked as Yukii looks into the mirror, "Its Kellie what do you expect? She's like a freaking mad scientist, she helped create those hormones and carp that made up supers." I nod as the overhead went off: "All juniors to the auditorium: please. There is a special assembly where you can get out of class without it counting against you." We groan, hearing Kellie's voice on the intercom was scary enough.
We leave as the three girls slide back in the bathroom, "Lock this time!" I yell as the girl smirks. We walk into the auditorium, where the guys were sitting in the front row, the motioned us to them. "She insisted on coming with us today..." Ryan said nervously, as Heath took my bag. "I think she'd got an idea for her special schooling for us." I nod as Tucker begins to pester Yukii, and Ryan is holding Vee's hand. "Oh, my six favorite students are here!" we turn to Yukii's mother, "Hey mom, you watching?" Yukii and her mom talk for a bit when Dr. Kellie walks on to the stage.
She wasn't wearing her shabby lab coat or her purple sweater and black sweatpants. She wore a long pencil skirt and a matching black jacket she had a white shirt underneath it she wore black heels and had her rusty brown hair tied up in a bun. "Good morning everyone, I know it's really early, but I have some interesting news to share, starting today six students will become a part of my experiment. I am Dr. Grace Kellie and I plan on hosting a two-year experiment on the six students where they will learn at an accelerated rate and will be going on my special trips around the world. In case you were wondering it's a field trip class. I want to see the differences in the six students' grades compared to the rest of their class."
The room filled with murmuring some students wanted in and others couldn't care less. "In my class, the students only meet twice a week on Monday for the trip and on Friday to turn in the homework and your test, once they are over you leave." The room became restless everyone was into this idea now, even I was wanting in on the experiment, and I knew it was rigged from the start. "So, I asked your principle to give me access to your student id numbers, and if your number appears on the board you are one of the six." I'm shocked she just didn't point to us and tell us to walk up to the stage.
Dr. Kellie smiles, "Alright lovelies, let's start!" I watch the screen scroll through numbers after numbers; it stops on the first set, 207639. Vee's student id number it moved to the corner as the numbers began to spin again. 225074, Heath's number he glances to the few that were so close. I watch as Kellie smirks over to us, 120453 Ryan's I think and or its Tucker's since they are only a few digits off. 120435, like I, said either Ryan's or Tucker's. 176574: pops-up on the screen, my number. Then finally Yukii's appears 289314, "Wow! That's wonderful everyone, let's give a hand for our winners." She was smart to not make us stand up; she made it anonymous, leaving those who are in the unknown to stay in the unknown.
I watch as many faces show their broken hearts. "Alright now that we have our winners, we will be dismissing all of you to return to your classes. The winners are free to come backstage so that we can officially meet." Yukii's mother stood up, "My girl is going to be in smart children class!" she hugged her daughter as we stand with the rest of the class and sneak backstage. Of course, Dr. Kellie was waiting for us, along with the principal. "Good morning, are we ready to head to our classroom?" I look at Kellie who has a worried look on her face like she's about to get us all caught.
I nod as heath wraps his arm around me, "Cool let's go, I'm ready to start learning." I shake my head, "You're doing it again." I whisper to him as we walk out of the auditorium, "Doing what?" he smirked, "You are trying to set off my hormones." He swayed his look, "Whatever do you mean?" I glare daggers into him, "Not here your ding-a-ling!" my whispers got a little louder; we stop at the basement of the school. "Okay class our classroom is down there." I realize what Kellie was doing all weekend; the principal leads us down and leads us to an oddly nice-looking hallway. A few minutes of walking down the hallway we found a door to the classroom. I noticed a long table was our desk and the room was filled with large history and math books. Kellie must have placed them to make it look like a real classroom.
The principal cleared his throat; "Alright what time do you start?" we turn to Kellie, "Well our normal morning will be taking place at the time of 6:30 to leave for the trips which will depend on how far we are traveling. Then when we return to the school around noonish, we will be sitting here starting the homework which would be a page paper on the information we learned, and then they will be tested on the information on the same Friday." The principal nods, "When are you expecting a class on Friday?" Kellie looked nervous, "I will call for class at 7:30 and when they finish their test by 11, they are free to go home."
Was our principal buying this? "Can I see the government papers again?" Dr. Kellie nods, feeling relief wash over her. It seems like that's the only thing she actually has. She hands him a large manila envelope, which read classified across the front. He read the papers, "Do you mind if I check this number?" she nods as our principal pulls out his cellphone. He steps into the hall; as we take a seat at the table. Ryan and Tucker, both spinning around in their chairs, our principal returns and he nods. "All clear, Dr. Grace Kellie, we'd like you to pick on a normal day of the week though to check in on the students like Wednesday or Thursday, so that way we can check on the students as well."
Kellie smiled, "Of course I think Thursday will be fine our class will be 10-11, that way they have enough time to work through their homework and come ask me questions when they need it." Kellie said that meaning the rest of the week we'll be training in the compound and that she has the papers already premade on each topic. "Alright then; I'll be off then." The principal said as Kellie sighed in relief, "He's finally gone, I thought I would have to call everyone up top for help." We laugh as Kellie pulls up some slides, "Okay so as of now we meet on Monday, Thursday, and Friday the test is going to be over the topics we've been working on here, they will be more practicum rather than a test. The written portion will be done here."
We nod as she turns to the whiteboard and taps the seam of the board and the wall opens, "This leads to the lab if we have an emergency. Plus, the kids are in the lab with Dr. Icy she'll be staying resident with us and soon will Dr. Staff, they are our medical team." I nod as Yukii is already sleeping. Vee on her phone, as Ryan is taking pictures of the two of them. Tucker is stacking books on Yukii and Heath is listening to music. This is a great way to start our week.
I turn back to Dr. Kellie, who is reading over her clipboard, "Alight, I think we're finished for today with our in-class meeting, but let me run over our weekly schedule. Monday; we meet here long enough to go over the skills we are going to be learning about, then we'll head for the lab's back entrance which is on the backside of the mountain which we'll take a white bus to my secret parking lot, then you kids will fly: with me in tow the rest of the way there." I nod and elbow Heath who wasn't paying attention, "Alright and the rest of the week?" I asked as Heath took out his air pod. "Tuesday and Wednesday, we will be practicing those moves or skills in the lab which you will need to be there by eight just like for school."
Heath nods as she continues, "Then on Thursday we'll meet here and point out your problem areas long enough for the school to be happy and return to the lab. Then on Friday, we will test here which will be five questions that you will need to answer: at the beginning of the week I will call it the five important topics. They will be the five questions, then you need to answer, but you have to state each topic and then write a paragraph on how you used it during the week. Then we will return to the lab where you will do your finale part of the test in the simulators. After you finish the test you can return home, but I will request you return on Saturday morning, not for training more for the children, they need to be slowly reintroduced to the world you kid can help with that."
Everyone nods as we continue looking at the board. "Great now, since we can't really start until tomorrow, I need you guys to go clean out all of your lockers and return all textbooks to your teachers I'll be going with you to look over the camera layout on the school." I noticed that the first block is now over meaning everyone in the school; are in the halls. "Maybe we should wait. Right now, everyone is changing classes for the second block, we should do it at lunchtime, you know so we can avoid disrupting teachers in class." Dr. Kellie nodded, "That's fair you guys can sit here and enjoy your time off of normal school, the bathrooms are three doors down the hall." We all stand up; Vee grabs her makeup bag as we walk out." I could hear Dr. Kellie as we walked out, "I guess it's true that they'll go in groups." We walk back towards the school and find the restrooms.
Once inside the room, I turn to Yukii and Vee; "Well ladies what do you think?" I ask as Yukii looked at her smudged eyeliner. "Well, Dr. Kellie is pretty positive that this will keep the people in the black suits away, for another year or so." Vee nods, "Yeah, and right now we get to fly to school so we don't have to leave until the last minute." Vee said as she reapplied lip-gloss, I roll my eyes, "You still need to get up on time Vee." She giggled; "So are you and Heath a thing yet?" I groan, "No, we just have small feelings for each other, not superpower feelings like everyone else does."
Yukii this time rolls her eyes, "This is coming from the girl who has only had feelings for one person until Mr. Man appeared, and if we think about its Heath is a better choice not to dash Seth." We both look at her confused; "Okay let's look at it like this; if we were going off primal instinct here Seth is not the strongest, nor is he really the smartest: he's in all the normal kid classes, but Heath, on the other hand, is the strongest and he's in all of your smart kid classes as well. No matter how dumb you think he is, Heath rivals your own skills, and in the wild, he and the boys are alpha males, Heath just barely on top of them."
I nod as I pick up her concept, "Plus we all heard what Dr. Icy said, we are going to be attracted to each other anyway. You might as well help move the feelings along, and since we're going to be having many skins to skin moments while we are training you might try to touch him sensitively. Turn him on more than he already does when he gets to look at your butt and boobs." Vee laughs, "Or you could just sit in his lap, I'm sure he'll spring into action." I look at Vee as Yukii shakes her head, "Girl you just whined to Ryan about waiting until you both were married." Vee blushes, "That doesn't mean you can make him feel good until then."
I squint: my eyes at her, "Is that what you two do when you're alone?" she giggles, "That might be why, but I won't tell." No wonder Ryan wanted the condoms he thought that with some of the right condoms, that she'd let it happen. I turn to Yukii, "Do you help pleasure your partner?" she tried to run from us, "No way, Yukii tell us what you and Tucker do when no one is around!"
Vee cheered as she looks away with a pink of pink on her cheeks, "Alright, last month after training we hung out under the bleachers at school and he likes to play...smack my butt; okay. We were fighting like usual and I bent down to grab my gym bag and he playfully smack my butt and told me if I run from a fight, I'm no better than a housewife in the kitchen. I chased him and every time he got the better of me, he likes to grab, pinch, smack...whatever you can think of we kind of do it..."
I was shocked Yukii might not have been upset about the birth control but might have been embarrassed over the fact that they might have been caught. Heath and I haven't done anything like that yet... "Maybe invited him over and let him play around and find something you both don't mind doing until you both you wanna have sex," Yukii said as I look in the mirror and apply lip gloss, "Maybe not; Heath has his own ways plus he's a lot more responsible than you think he is, I heard from the guys in our gym class he told off the popular guys for having sex and not thinking about the consequences," I stated; as a knock on the door made us all jump.
I walk over to the door and peek out to see the guys. "You girls going to take your time or come back to class with us, we don't mind if you wanna skip with us." I roll my eyes, "We're coming jeez let us finish up." I turn back to the girls, "Let's go Dr. Kellie sent the guys to get us since we were taking too long." Yukii groans, as Vee giggles, I let them out first as I follow behind them. We return to the classroom as Dr. Kellie has papers on the table, "Welcome back, so we already discussed what would be going on, but after Thanksgiving, we'll be testing your abilities, in the next town over. It's a city like a town with a population of 15,000 they have been experiencing trouble from class 5 level villains."
I raise my hand, "Tell us the class levels please starting with the lowest." Dr. Kellie nods and pulls a chart from above the whiteboard, but instead of a map like normal classrooms or the periodic table, but this one had a pyramid the lowest being green and the highest as red. "Alright then first level or class one is called: Bad Guy- this is any normal human problem, normal human bad guys: robbers, murders, rapists, and hackers, whatever; you can think of if the police can handle it then it's not your problem."
We all nod, "Then we have class 2 I like to call it the war starters, but the Hero League named it: Terrorist- these are people who go out of their way to harm other countries, this even though I know you want this to be your problem is not your problem, we learned that the hard way on September 11, 2001, the HL sent five agents in to save people, but they didn't realize the internal problems with the structure of the building, the government nearly shut down the HL for causing more problems." I nod as we all quietly recognized the day, even if we weren't alive yet.
Dr. Kellie turns to the pyramid and points to the yellow section, "Next, is the class 3: Mutants- these can be 'monsters', they are normally science experiments gone wrong, this is the first class you can engage in, normally this is for a group of two to handle the monster has no understanding of our world meaning they can't speak and normally larger than life. This doesn't happen as much as it used to, which is why it on the lowest level they used to be a class 6 but not anymore." Yukii looked at it the pyramid, "So, a Kaiju?" Dr. Kellie nodded, "Yeah they're Kaijus."
Dr. Kellie pulled a chair up to the table so she could sit with us. "The next class level is class 4: Mutants Villain- these are the ones who speak, and have a normal size. They can be seen as intelligent animals too like if a monkey took one of your hormones it would react differently to his or her body and he would be able to speak and do things like a normal civilian, heck if we find them fast enough they do get to live like normal civilians. They even have a protected island that the HL allows them to live their lives the way they wish. Normally they are experiments from class 8." Heath laughs at the thought as I roll my eyes.
Dr. Kellie continued on; "Then we enter the fifth class: Villain with abnormalities- these are human test subjects gone wrong, they look human, but they could have an extra limb or three eyes, normally they are angry and smart enough to attack the normal civilians when they did nothing wrong. The pretty much want revenge on everyone, some people are okay with their looks, but are constantly teased for it and die young we keep them in a town where they live with others like them." We nod and keep the mental though they could be sensitive.
I return my attention to Dr. Kellie, "Then we have class 6: Villain- humans that wear a suit but no real powers. You can see this in the comic book of Mr. Knight he wears a suit of armor to go against class seven villains. These can be dangerous if they figure out your weakness and put it in their suits, so far, we have found no physical weakness in you six, but it is out there. This one is this low because under the suit they are still as human as your classmates. They will be handed off to the police once their armor is in our hands." I write that down in my little notebook.
Dr. Kellie leans on the table, "Now; we have class 7: Villain with one power, normally they are under you in the superhero world, but one powered heroes and villains can be dangerous because they only have one power to master meaning while all your powers are at a 7/10 theirs could well be 9 or a 10/10. Which is why I have been asking you all to train hard, I think you have a few more powers to unlock as well which will be great for when you start working in the HL." Vee nods as she plays on her phone.
Dr. Kellie stands up and walks over to the chart, she points to the red parts, "These last three are the most powerful, the first level of it is class 8: Super-Villains with multiply powers, which you six are on that scale as well if you become villains. These are the most dangerous and you can come out hurt or dead from the fight if you are not careful your uncle is under this as well because he creates the super-powered beings and has the weapons to protect himself, when he is caught we will be going to the Hero League HQ to be placed in their maxim security prison. He will have his memory erased when his ten-year sentence is over where he can be reintroduced to the world." I nod meaning my uncle will one day be half the human he used to be, which is a good thing since he can take care of all his children again.
Dr. Kellie points to the last two classes; "Classes 9 and 10 these two are the same but different: class 9: Group of people from classes 5-7, class 10- Group of Supervillains. As you six can all clearly see: it not unlikely for under minded villains to form a group to go against the heroes. I only know of one group that's still popular today because they have a council like setting and not one big ruler. They call it: The Council of the Midnight; it used to say men at the end, but they took it off when more women villain groups arrived. They are like the HL from what I have heard, but they don't run like a business: it's more of a safe haven for villains: if their leader gets arrested or retires, finding a group, getting to know your powers and how to use them whereas in the HL you are training as you go on missions you work as a sidekick until you are safe on your own or you can always be a sidekick because your powers aren't strong enough."
Ryan and Tucker rolled around the room, "So, we are technically on top of the food chain in the hero world?" Tucker asked as I use vines to bring them back to the table. "Well, yes since you all have six powers: strength, flight, speed, and then your own powers." Heath cuts in, "We only have five powers though. Strength, flight, speed, and then my special powers are fire-related, like my fire breath, and my fire touch." I turn to him, "You have fire breath?" he smirks and gives me a wink as smoke pours out of his nose.
I smack his arm, "No smoking," Dr. Kellie waves the smoke out of the air. "Yes, but I believe that there is one more power that is locked away that you can unlock since you're all still undergoing puberty. I think as you six continue to be near each other it will essentially charge your powers and unlock the last power which would make you the highest-ranking heroes in the HL. They have contacted me and the others that are involved with you six and requested that you spend your summers at one of their Headquarters and allow their top scientist to study you while their top heroes trained all of you. The thing is I and all of your parents and guardians refuse to send you to one of their headquarters we didn't know which one they'd send you too there are three; the one in America is in hiding in Kansas City, Missouri, the one in the Asian sector is in Osaka, Japan, then the last one is in Berlin, Germany."
I was shocked Kansas City was only a few hour drives from where we are or a twenty-minute fly. "Now back to my plan, you six will be working as real heroes in the neighboring city where you'll be taking care of class five villains; the police can only handle them so much before people start asking questions. We need you to show the people up top that you are hero worthy and not weapons." I looked at Kellie as she had a hardened look on her face.
All of these years must have been hard for her, trying to keep us away from the wrong people. "I've been keeping them at bay for so long that it's time to step up and prove to them that you are heroes, I want you kids to live normal lives before they come and take you from your families, because if your heroes then the HL will step in and protect you kids under the Hero Law of 1928; which is any person under the superhero stander has a right to be a normal civilian and a hero at the same time and does not have to live as a weapon to their country."
We were all quiet: the hero world is hush-hush in our world, I mean they make great toys and books, but they never really happen here, maybe in the city they do, but here we are a town of small-minded people. "Now I want to create your hero suits! That way you guys have something cool to wear as well when you take down Dr. Flint Riverside." Vee squealed, "What's the budget? Can we have anything can we have correlated costumes?" Dr. Kellie held her head as the ringing of Vee's voice carries into the hall, "For now you're all a team meaning your suits do need to match in some way like in style but not in color and shoes can be different."
We all look at the papers that were finally in front of us as girls we work together since our suits need to match since our body types are different from the guys. When we do finish it's like a short black jumpsuit with long sleeves that also made the suits fingerless gloves, long white stocking, and knee-high boots that matched our colors. Then we decided to a long jacket with puffy sleeves in our colors with a symbol that could wind up being our team symbol on the front right side, we also agreed to contacts and different hairstyles when we are on hero duty. We also agreed on a utility belt filled with things we'd need for first aid and a communicator. The guys did a simple suit with a skin-tight tank top and black pants they have a long-colored jacket. They take the utility belt and decide eye contacts would be good as well.
Dr. Kellie takes them and will send them over to her friends...I guess they work for the Hero League or something. An alarm went off as Dr. Kellie placed the papers in a folder and clipped it to her clipboard, "That's the lunch alarm I set it to go off on Fridays but since we are here today I set it up for noon, you kids go clean your lockers so we can leave, I'll be putting a set of lockers down here for when we need to study move and take the tests." We nod, it's really a smart idea since we'll drop off our crap and go on trips while nosey students and teachers will want to look around while we're away. I leave my things with everyone else as we head up the stairs. We peek around to make sure no one was around who would be annoying.
Vee skipped over to her locker when the coast was clear, Ryan helped her take things down. Yukii and I open up the same lockers we've had since freshman year, "You know I was kind of hoping that this would happen next year." Yukii said as I nodded, "Yeah it seems odd doesn't it?" Yukii's locker was filled with her textbooks, gym bag, and her skateboard her mother was going to take from her. Yukii sigh, "Well no volleyball this year, or next year." I nod as I open my locker, just textbooks and three pictures of the three of us girls on the first day of school from every year of high school.
Vee really didn't change much; she just looks more mature now. Yukii our freshman year fashioned the side shave Mohawk and really thick black eye makeup. Her electric green highlights were barely noticeable. I still look the same except freshman year to sophomore year my breast tripled in size. I had a nice size of C cups but by my sophomore year, I was in a triple D cup! Heath didn't have a locker he carried all his books in the classroom; meaning they never left the teachers classroom. "Cupcake you look freaking cute in all these pictures!" he teased as he took them from me. "Next year you three will be in it as well." I state taking them back, Tucker smirked as he played with Yukii's board, "Sweet, hear that babe we get to be in your traditional crummy picture."
Yukii put her hand on her hips, "If you're going to act like that then you'll have to sit out, and try again when or if you enter college." Tucker backed off, as Ryan looked at the pictures as well, "Wow you Yukii you really rocked the 'punk' look, didn't you?" Tucker took a look now, "Babe when are you going to look this sexy again?" Yukii smacks him on the arm, "Stop it your meathead or no special fly time later." Vee and I picked up quickly that she and Tucker were not going flying, more like his hand was and she was going to get turned away on way to far for us to handle, "You go flying with Yukii?" Ryan asked as Vee shook her head, "You know maybe we should go cuddle later tonight: Ryan my parents will be playing cards with Mr. and Mrs. Anderson."
Ryan picked up the signals, "Oh...okay." You could hear his throat dry, I heard him whisper to Vee, "Can you wear the striped ones please." Gross did not need to hear about their sexy fun time. "Miss Smith, Miss Yamada, Miss Riverside, why are you girls cleaning your lockers during your lunch?" I turn to see the oldest shrew (not really that old, but she doesn't even own a cat) in the school and the one who hates Yukii's mother the most for becoming the head of the freaking math department when she's a freaking English teacher! "Ms. Wilson, we are a part of the experimental class and our teacher Professor of biology Doctor of Chemistry Grace Kellie asked us to empty our lockers and return the textbooks to our respected teachers, if you have any problems then you should have gone to the junior class assembly this morning, and you can speak with the Principal." The forty-year-old woman stormed off, as Heath helped me carry the larger than life textbooks.
We stopped by each of our classes and talked to our teachers, who received the e-mails earlier that day. They all thanked us and hoped we did our best. On our way back to our class we ran into Penelope. She was heading right for us, "Did you skip today, little miss perfect?" I roll my eyes as Heath and I continue to walk past her, "Hey I'm still talking to you! Did they kick you out of all of our classes or something?" Oh, my goodness this girl needs to back off! I turn to her, "If you must know Heath and I are in that new experimental class, where I won't have to worry about you competing with me anymore." She was shocked, "No fair; you paid her to let you in, didn't you? Not all of us can use the money to get us what we want in life you know." I begin to walk off; Heath doesn't follow me.
His voice was full of alpha male tones, "What the heck did she do to you that you have to act like an entitled brat?" I turn to him, "Heath, don't mess with her, she's not worth your time." Penelope laughs, "Lilia doesn't fit in our standers for being smart: she's too pretty, is to wealthy, is in only one nerdy club, is friends with way too many people outside of the nerd selection, and..." Heath cuts her off, "Oh my word, you are a brat! You are sitting here judging Lilia on her looks and crap I bet being rich is also a reason why she's not smart enough for you?" Penelope lost her smug look, "Umm...I..." Heath got closer to her, which compared to her small stature of 4" 9ft, Heath, was a monster, "I think you should stop talking before it gets you in trouble." I noticed Heath's hands starting to glow red.
I rush over to him; I didn't notice I used some of my super-speed to stop him, "Heath enough you're going to get in trouble!" I grabbed his hand and felt it slowly heat up, "No way, this...this..." I use my strength to hold him but when Heath is mad there is no way in stopping him. I look at Penelope; "Listen to me, Heath is kind of a hothead, I need him to cool down and the only way that will happen is if you return to your normal everyday life and don't even speak to me when he's here, because unlike me, Heath doesn't stand for bullies." She nodded and ran, once she was gone, I let him go.
Heath grits his teeth and turns to punch a locker, "Heath no!"
