A tall veteran approached Eros and Jim, "Nice work, guys. That totally fooled us. I guess we needed to pay better attention to our own crew."
"That was a pretty cheap trick, but I think it was much needed by some people," Eros answered.
"I see. I guess we'll be expecting greater things from you. Right, Alistair?" he turned to his friend.
"Sure," the gorgeous soldier replied before disappearing into the crowd.
"Haha… Excuse my friend, he is just feeling a little bit under the weather today. He is never fond of newcomers," their senior smiled comfortingly.
Jim zoned out as he watched their new acquaintance walked away, "Is it just me or was I seeing double?"
A light bulb sparked above the stranger's head, "You're right! You two do have a striking resemblance to each other."
"Yeah, those pretty topaz pupils and healthy corn-colored hair," the farmer boy looked up at Eros with shiny eyes.
