"What do you mean?" Mickaila asked, still pretending to be dump.
The little girl smirked and made her way towards the window as she looked out into the beautiful field before she spoke once more, "I guess it's been a while, now you've forgotten me..." The little girl said sadly, "or you are just pretending" she added at the end with an indifferent tone.
Mickaila looked over at the girl knowing that she isn't an easy figure, not just the fact that she is the daughter of the wealthiest man within the east continent but also her way of thinking is not something to smear about.
Mickaila thought back to when exactly he meant her and soon the memory came back to him. However, he clearly remembers his face was fully covered so how was she able to tell it was Mickaila?
The girl then smiled, "guess you do remember me" she rephrased.
[Can she read my mind or something?] Mickaila thought but his emotions weren't shown on his face making his appearance look indifferent and that confused Mickaila more since it's impossible to infer what Mickaila is thinking through his body language since he was on guard and provided no clues of his emotions.
Without saying or forwarding his question, Angela turned and faced Mickaila, "although I didn't see your face when you saved me, I had a photographic memory allowing me to remember your figure and characteristics although I do say you've changed a lot but there were some inherent traits that made me recognise you." She replied.
"And no, I don't read minds if that is what you're thinking..." She said, "however I am better at guessing their thoughts than other people..." She added as she then smiled at Mickaila, "even if they were expressionless." Which made Mickaila quite shocked.
But still this didn't show up on his face but nevertheless Mickaila nodded.
"So you saved me because I saved you that time?" Mickaila asked, which the girl nodded, "but even if you weren't that person, I would still save you since I can't leave a person in need of help out in the streets." She said sweetly.
"But I'm amazed that you healed within 2 days with that many injuries before." She said excitedly to know how Mickaila got such healing abilities.
However Mickaila's attention stopped focusing when hearing he's been sleeping for 2 days straight, "wait... 2 days?" He questioned.
Angela nodded.
"What happened during this time?" He questioned not knowing that he said it out loud, "well, not much except for the fact that the world has become more hazardous." She said whilst Mickaila stared at Angela questioning what she meant.
The girl slowly made her way to grab a remote controller before switching the large screen TV that's been on the wall opposite of the bed Mickaila was previously laying on.
The scenes he saw was beyond his wildest imaginations, there were scenes of many people becoming homeless, houses destroyed from unknown reasons, mysterious creatures appearing from around the world, people dying or disappearing without a trace and most of all, videos were caught with people using unknown and mysterious powers and of which, one with a familiar male figure.

"You know , many things have been happening during the 2 days you were asleep." Angela said whilst she looked at the TV screen whilst Mickaila just nodded along whilst his mind was occupied with why this was happening, even with some of the monsters slipping through the portal in the past, it has never caused such a big scene and there is still some time away until the war actually begins. [So why is this all happening?]
~Few hours later~
It has already darkened, with Mickaila's wound being healed and knowing the fact that Angela doesn't know his real identity except for the fact that he was the person who saved her. He made sure that the secret was kept between them about what happened in the past few days of stay.
Being seen out by the head butler, Mickaila then turned and made his way towards his house with no further ado. Knowing how things have become more hazardous day after another, he decided to quickly go back home before thinking of another plan.
~Few minutes later~
Seeing how the lights were all off, Mickaila came up with 2 conclusions, one was that his sister hasn't arrived back yet or 2, she is asleep, he took a deep breath before he made his way towards the front porch and slowly reached out to the door handle before opening it. Quietly making his way inside and shutting the door behind him. He steadily made his way towards the stairs about to head up into his room. But before he knows it, the lights are switched on, just as he turns around he sees the back of his sister who seems to be really angry, "Uhm... how come you are not asleep yet?" Mickaila questioned as if it was the most common thing to ask.
Rosalia's body began to shake and soon she turned around, "Where were you for the past few days?" Rosalia questioned seething with anger but also a sense of being worried.
"At a friend's house" Mickaila simply answered, Rosalia took a stern stance and folded her arms together, "Oh, at a friends' huh" she said but then her gaze loosened and gave a deep sigh, "Fine, you don't have to tell me. At least you are safe." She said over-protectively as always.
She knew that Mickaila doesn't have anyone close enough here to be called his friends but she didn't question any further about the matter.
"It's late you should go to bed" Rosalia said as she sat on the sofa, "Same goes to you" Mickaila smiled knowing that she may not have had a good night sleep with everything going on in the past few days furthermore, Mickaila himself typically had been in bed for 2 days straight.
But nevertheless, he made his way upstairs and headed into his room and prepared himself for the days ahead.
[Wait, isn't school starting tomorrow?] he questioned himself before checking his phone. [Oh great!] he thought sarcastically before heading his way towards his bed.
