Allen made a face as he narrowed his eyes, "Who are you and why were you trying to steal my warm plushie?"
Eddie made such an adorkable face that Stella laughed out loud, "Plushie?" He asked, looking from Allen to Stella, who seemed oddly comfortable in his arms.
Stella laughed as she climbed down from Allen's arms. She said, "Allen, this is my friend Eddie. We work together. And I can assure you he wasn't trying to steal your warm plushie."
Allen tilted his head, "You work together? What's he doing here?"
Stella waved her hand, "Not important. More importantly, where's June?"
Allen said as he narrowed his eyes at Eddie, who was still sitting on the floor, "She'll be here. She's picking up Simon." He then turned to Stella, smiled and rubbed her head, "I came first cause I missed you shortcake."
Stella giggled, "Won't she be angry that you left her to come meet another girl."
Allen rubbed his chin, "I think she'll be more angry that I spoiled her warm plushie."
Stella: "So everyone will be here!! Great!!! It's been so long since we all got together!"
Allen smiled and opened his mouth but Stella suddenly turned to Eddie.
She walked over and peered on his head, "You fine?"
Eddie nodded. Stella smiled and said, "Will you head down with Allen first? I'll come in a minute."
"But how do you..." Eddie began but Stella cut him off. "I'll explain everything tomorrow. Gossip with Lily about what you found out for the time being." She pushed Eddie out of the door as she said this.
Eddie frowned and Allen raised an eyebrow, but they headed downstairs without any more question.
Stella was heard bounding down the stairs the next minute, even before they had made it to the living room.
She skipped down the stairs and jumped up and down in front of Eddie waving something.
"I found it! I got it!" Stella said as she handed the thing to Eddie who saw that it was a book.
"Is this?" He asked.
And Stella nodded, "The book Lily lent me. Now she won't be angry!!!"
Eddie scratched his head as he looked at the book, "That's great. But how did you find it?"
Stella waved her hand, "Just dumb luck."
She then spared a look at Allen who raised his eyebrows before looking back towards Eddie. "But I'm really sorry. Someone's coming to see me. I won't be able to drop you back." She said, putting her hands together.
Eddie frowned as Allen offered, "I could drop him."
"And how will you do that?" Stella asked, putting her hands on her hips.
Allen pursued his lips as Stella handed the keys to her bike to Eddie, "You know how to drive it, right?" she asked.
Eddie nodded and took the keys.
"That settles it then. Take the bike, bring it tomorrow at work." Stella beamed as Allen headed towards the living room and she saw Eddie at the door.
Eddie still seemed doubtful, "How will you come to work tomorrow?" he asked.
Stella gave him a nudge towards her bike, "I'll get a lift. Now go on. I know you're itching to drive it."
Eddie smiled and waved goodbye as he walked towards the bike.
