The Realmers head back to the base to find a transport MPF (Multi Purpose Fighter) waiting for them, the team get and Max and Marion fly the ship while Jack checks the scanners, Michael checks the holomap display and Eliza mans the weapons while Caroline makes sure the Med Bay is stocked , Max uses the comm to talk to the others "Alright everyone, grab a seat we're going into FTL", the team strap in and the drive activates.
(Without FTL it would take about 4 years to get to Laren from Vernia, which is about the distance it would take to get to Pluto from Earth)
(Timeskip, 4 hours later, Laren listening post Echo)
The ship drops out of FTL and Michael starts directing Max and Marion to the listening post "10 mikes east from here" Max nods "got ya" he steers the ship to the facility while Jack scans the facility "Max, park further away" Max looks at him confused "What why" Jack looks up from the monitors "They've set up anti air cannons and I'm detecting a lot of enemies in the base" Michael nods "You heard him Max park further away, we'll use cloak to approach unseen from the back door, Marion you got a localised EMP for Layrian tech" Marion nods "Yeah, but it's still a prototype so it could short circuit our tech too" Michael thinks for moment before nodding "Its a risk we'll have to take, bring it with you" Marion nods and the team go to grab their gear. Michael stands in front of the shuttle doors and makes an announcement to his team "Right, so objective is simple recapture this listening post then head to the field HQ west of here, then receive our orders from the Admiral and engage the large Layrian presence, understood" the team nod and head outside and Marion activates the EMP luckily it shuts down the cannons and the Layrian tech, however the team don't realise that the Layrian guards are now aware of their arrival. The team find and old blast door and Jack and Max force it open with some difficulty then they jump down and begin looking for the guards, Jack gets the team's attention by his sonar sensor going off "No one move an inch" the team obey and Jack starts checking the wall before stopping and placing an X on the wall "Max give me a Vitrum charge" Max tosses him one and he sticks it to the wall, and detonates it, a scream is heard on the other side of the wall and the dust settles to reveal two dead Layrians holding AP rifles, Michael looks at Jack with surprise as if expecting an explanation, Jack obliges "I upgraded my sonar with the X-ray spectrum so I noticed those two guarding a important room for our mission" Max looks at him "What kind of room" Jack walks into the hole in the wall and the others follow to see he blew into the main server room, Marion laughs "Nice work Jack, now we can reactivate the defences and make our lives easier" Jack nods and Marion starts hacking past the Layrians encryption before the console short circuits and gives Marion a bad shock to the arm, Caroline helps her up and starts healing her arm with some Voxin (A healing stim that can heal most injures including burns up to the second degree) Michael grumbles "Sneaky, looks like they completely severed the network connection" Eliza nods "Let's just do this the old fashioned way" everyone agrees and they head further into the base and end up in the base commanders office, but before they can open the door several Layrians appear and start shooting, Michael shouts "Get down" the team does and Michael throws a plasma grenade at them which kills three of them while Jack and Max shoot the other two and Eliza and Caroline kill the survivor. The team then scan the building and get a clean scan meaning no enemy personnel are now in the listening post so they head back to the doors only for an explosion to knock them all back, the team immediately get up and get into cover and dozens Layrians start rushing in, pushing the team back through the facility and nailing Eliza in the leg and Caroline in the arm, they kill a few before Jack and Michael look at each other "Hey, Michael you thinking what I'm thinking" Michael laughs and nods "Yeah, but your nuts" Jack laughs "You got a better plan" Michael laughs "No, so let's do it" he turns to Max "Max take Eliza, Marion and Caroline to the ship we'll cover you" Max looks at them with wide eyes "Are you two nuts" Michael shouts "Now, Max" Max begrudgingly nods "Yes Sir, be careful you two" Jack and Michael nod before Max and Marion help Eliza and Caroline to the ship while Jack and Michael stay behind to fight off the Layrians. They start downing several of them taking a few minor hits, until a small canister lands beside them, they look at each other "Oh Shit" they shout and try to jump out off the way but the blast sends them out of the 2 story window onto the metal floor below knocking their helmets off in the process, they stay on the ground for a while before slowly getting up, only to face several Layrians with their weapons pointed at them from all sides, Michael and Jack aim all-a round with clear difficulty due to the force off the fall, until they hear a clap from within the middle group of Layrians, they move out of the way to reveal Aural "Well, well, well, look what we have here two of the most dangerous humans in the galaxy, well sorry to ruin your heroic victory boys but you two aren't getting away from us this time" Michael laughs "Going bipolar Aural" Aural laughs back "No, but someone wants a word with you two" Michael and Jack look at each other before nodding "What makes you think we'll come quietly" Aural's smile darkens "because if you don't surrender your team won't be leaving alive" the two look at each other again before realising they have no other choice "Fine you win, for now" they drop their weapons, Aural smirks "Good, now sleep" the two look at her confused until they are hit in the back off the head by two cloaked Layrians. Aural walks over to them and picks up Jack "Good work, girls now bring them with us the Empress wants to see them" the soilder nods before they head to their ship and leave for their secret city built underground within Laren's caves, Max watches from the MPF as they are taken away and he rushes back to Command to inform them of their capture.

Jack slowly regains conscious, but he finds his armour removed and he is left with his shirt,pants and shoes, and his movements restricted his eyes widen and he begins trying to get out of his restraints which consist of Saien hand cuffs and leg cuffs (a purplish metal similar to steel), however then he feels something metal on his neck and notices the collar with a leash attached to it dangling, he struggles more until he hears the sound of heels clacking along the metal floor, the sounds stop at his door and it opens to reveal Aural with a huge grin on her face "you're awake I see" he looks at her with clear anger in his eyes, she just walks up to him and grabs the leash on his collar and pulls it up, forcing him to stand up she laughs "Oh, don't worry you don't have deal with me" before Jack can respond, Aural then contines dragging him until they reach the throne room and at which point she kicks his leg forcing him to kneel, then he noticed his brother, still knocked out, with Elara rubbing her heeled boots over his body, she looks up to see Aural standing there with Jack and gets out of her throne to inspect him, (she wears orange and black high heeled boots, Black Tights, Orange robes with a black Layrian symbol on them and a orange headpiece in her black hair which is tied into a large bun) "Jack, it's nice to see you again" Jack just scoffs which sets off his collar giving him a shock "Ahh" Elara just laughs "Stubborn just like your brother" she grabs his chin and forces him to look at her "But that's what I love about you both, you don't give up easily" Jack laughs "No, we don't" Elara sends Aural away "Tell me Jack do you know why I called you here" Jack shakes his head "because your going to someone new" Jack doesn't react until Elara finishes her sentence and he goes pale "my daughter Irina in fact, isn't that great" Jack's jaw drops and he then hears another set of heels behind him, he turns his head to reveal Irina in the same apparel as her mother but with high heeled flats rather than boots and has long wavy hair rather than a bun with the same head piece as her mother , she smiles as she meets Jack's eyes and grabs his head and plants a kiss on his lips before looking at her mother, "may I mother" Elara nods "Yeah, go ahead" she squeals before grabbing the leash and dragging Jack to her quarters while Michael finally starts stirring "Uhh, what the-" he realises where he is and sees Elara with her feet on his body he try's to move but she just pulls his leash harder, forcing him stay there or suffocate, he looks at her before screaming "Where is my brother" Elara just laughs "you just missed him, he was right here, well before Irina got hold of him" Michael goes pale "You- you gave him to your daughter" Elara nods "Yep, I wonder how many scars he'll have...probably as many as you after I'm done with" she gets off her throne and drags Michael to his feet with the leash before taking him to her quarters for disciplining.
(Irina's room)
Irina ties Jack to her bed before climbing on and laying on top of him, Jack blushes, and try's to shake her off but Irina just laughs, while noticing his blush "Oh blushing are we" Jack immediately gets red faced, while Irina smiles "Shy, then, good it will make the next part easier she tapes his mouth before pulling, out a plasma knife, Jack looks at her with wide eyes "Mph" Irina laughs "Oh calm down, I'm not going to stab you, I'm just going to carve my name onto your chest" Jack starts struggling fiercely but his restraints don't budge and she starts cutting into his chest, after nearly 10 minutes she stops and admires her handiwork "There we go" she then notices all of the scars on Jack's body "Ah, I can see Aural enjoyed interrogating you~" Jack doesn't respond due to the pain "Oh well, now let's get you cooled down and get some painkillers because I need you in good shape for the next part~" she laughs evilly before removing the restraints and then dragging him to the nurses.
(Elara's Quarters)
Elara drags Michael into her room before tying him to the wall and she pulls out a small shock baton "Now let's start shall we" Michael scoffs which earns him a whack in the ribs which makes him wince due to the electricity and the blunt force she repeats this several times, Elara just laughs "Well, learned yet or do I need to go further" Michael just looks at her with the do your worst look and she laughs "Suit yourself" she starts whacking him harder slowly weakling his resolve.
