She can feel her body hurts, she was used to the pain but this time the pain is more unbearable like every bones in her body are broken and her head feel hurt.
She touch her head and feels something warped around it, she adjusting her sight and glance around the room to see unfamiliar place. She wondering where is she and want to find out but can't see a television or any electronic, She force herself to sit on the bed, and the door unlocked to reveal a man with his dark blonde hair and green eyes.
Dan Montgomery want to check the girl if she's conscious yet or no, like what he's doing for the past few hours. The Doctor said she will wake up soon but after one and half a day later she still unconsciously, so he started to worry if she's going to be just fine or worse.
Dan open the door to find the girl been awake and she's been staring at him motionlessly, He walk approaching her slowly, "How are you feeling? I'm Dan. Me and My friend found you and we brought you to our house because you hurt badly and unconscious. Do you remember what happened?" He ask and watching her reaction closely just to find no reaction at all and making him a bit puzzled. She shake her head as a no answer, she really doesn't know what happened except being knocked out on the ground and fainted.
"Um ok I'll call the doctor to check on you" Dan feels awkward suddenly and turn around to get the now reside in Doctor for him to get easier to check her vitals daily.
Now she know where is she, quite far from the place she's been living in her entire life. She can feel Dan pocketing his mobile phone and start to finding out where is she and who's this people in the house with her mind, browsing through the connection from the phone to outside. And when he's out, she laying back on the bed.
Dan went back to her room with two men following him, one is a middle age man wearing white lab jacket similar to the people from where she lived, a black bag in his right hand and a more younger man with brown dark hair and dark eyes, he's the one who checked her pulse the other days.
Dan clearing his throat before start to speaking, "He is Doctor Bill, his gonna give you last check up before clear you up. And this is my friend I've talked about, Aaron Night" Dan talking while waving his hand to both men beside him. Aaron just nod to her when she looking at him and Doctor Bill walk to her side, preparing his tools and ask the girl how is she feeling.
"Hurt" She talk weakly for the first time.
"What your name?" He ask again smiling this time.
"Angel? My name is.... Angel.." The three men wearing similar expression, confused and full of wonder.
"Ok Angel later I'll give you some pain killer to ease your pain" Doctor Bill running his usual check up to make sure she's fine and just have some external injury not something dangerous.
"Are you have a problem with your head before? I saw some old and recent operation scars behind your head. Nothing to worry I just wondering so I can make some preparation ahead if there's really something". Doctor Bill saw some nasty scars when he cleaning her bloody head the other night and been curious about it but she just staring into the railing and seem not going to give him an answer.
There's no test or injections so how will she get her food, she thought. She furrowed her eyebrows unknowingly, Dan realize her changing expression and ask if she feel uncomfortable somewhere just to hear a growling from her stomach.
Dan glance to Aaron who standing quietly on the side, Aaron give him a small nod understanding what his gaze mean and turn around walking out from the room to find a maid to bring some light meal for the girl.
"So Angel? Is it. Why you seem not sure about your name?" Dan ask hesitantly and curious.
No sound coming from her mouth for a minute till Dan think she's not going to give him an answer and going to turn around to walk out the Doctor, then he stop when he hear a small voice.
"They call me Angel" She said slowly closing her eyes
"Who?" urging Dan giving her full attention
"People with similar robe like him" her voice getting smaller as she going deeper to slumber, both men looking at each other in silent.
