My name is Flower and my friends call me North. I will be twenty-one in a few months time. I don't know if my parents are alive or not since I grew up in cathedral and I had no memory of my existence till I was six.

All memories of my childhood was that of the cathedral. I had many friends that makes me feel many things like joy, sadness, pity, helplessness and so on but I will never see them again because they are all dead.

January 29, 2000, I was in the hall, playing with my friends when the unexpected happened. Armed men came to the cathedral, some through the door and others through the windows. They are almost sixty-five in number, they stood in two lines and gave way for a bald headed man with potty belly. He looked stupid in the rumpled suit he wore.

He came to my side, bend down and looked in to my eyes and laughed " Little bunny, where is the director's office "? he asked. My nostrils filled with a damp smell mingled with strench of tobacco, I covered my nose and shouted " When last did you take your bath?, you stink too much". He gave me a resounding slap and I fell on the cold floor.

" Listen, pea brain, you will tell me the office or ..." a sweet but old voice cut him off before he could finish whatever he wanted to say. " Or what, you will kill the little girl?, you animal" Mother Mary shouted out of anger.

The stinking man brought me to my feet by pulling on my dress and turned to Mother Mary " Is this how you show hospitality to visitors? you should have ordered tea for my men at least "
