Prince Qui had to admit. He was a little bewildered to find a dagger under his pillow. "Seriously, what have you been doing while I was gone?" he was already slipping the dagger to its rightful place at the nightstand. "It was a good thing that I didn't plop down the bed or else there would have been a bloodbath here."

"Shame," Tianshi Xue said, walking into the room. Her dress made her look really fluffy, like she was a cloud of soap bubble. "You missed out entirely on my coming home present for you."

Prince Qui lay down the bed before she could protest. He almost sighed in pleasure when his back met the softness but he kept it in. She might kick him out of the bed if she knew how much fun he was having.

He was tired, but it was like his consciousness was not ready to give him some peace of mind. He rubbed on his eyes. "Is there anything else that you want to tell me?"
