Prince Xiaodan had never been that uncertain about a lot of things in life. This was one of those occurences wherein he does not know what he was doing. He was not even sure if he should be doing this. But he knew that he had to set himself free. He had to set the princess free as well.
He lead her down the hallway, the lodge on his throat only getting thicker. His insides were screaming that this was not the right thing to do. That this was not what he really wanted.
It WAS not what he wanted. But did that matter at this point? Nothing was happening with his life. Nothing was going right. He had to let this go and move on. He could not keep all these anger building up inside of him. He would go crazy and he hated it when he went crazy.
He opened the first set of doors that would lead to a balcony and went outside. The cold wind immediately chilled him even though he was wearing a long-sleeved shirt. He crossed his hands over his chest and breathed out.
