Tianshi Xue did not know at what hour she fell asleep. All she knew was that she had stayed up with her eyes closed for a long time. She was convincing herself that she would be sleeping, but all she did is miss her sister and worry about what was coming next for her.
When she woke up, she was feeling all kinds of groggy and her eyes refused to open. There was a poke on her arm. "What?"
The prince's voice answered. "It's almost noon now. You have to get up."
Tianshi Xue was shocked and immediately sat up, making her dizzy. "What do you mean noon?"
"It's almost lunchtime. You have to get ready," he told her.
Tianshi Xue could not imagine how she looked when the prince was all dolled up. She probably looked like a homeless person, her hair like a bird's nest, and her face puffy with sleep.
