As one could expect from a child, Prince Qui completely forgot about the little girl with the violet eyes and silver hair. What with him living in the military camp and away from the royals, there were not that many instances that their paths crossed. Prince Qui had been busy trying to learn all the ways that he could swing his sword and making his body strong.
He was finally fitting in with the rest of the children in training. He was close to remembering all of their names. Some of them already treat him as a comrade and not someone whose father could annihilate their whole family if one of their punches cause the prince's perfect skin to bruise. Also, not one of them would admit that ever since the prince's arrival in the barracks, their meals had been more plentiful and tastier.
