Prince Qui's version of the visit from The Noble Ladies was pretty much nonexistent. Or at least it did not apply to him. The Crown Prince sent him a message regarding that matter the night before but he was not interested. He would really rather that he attend on matters that actually matter.
It was not like he would be needing advice for marriage. Certainly not about family as well. He had no intention of starting one in his life.
But still his oldest brother found a way to corner him in the war room. The emperor was at the head of the table and on his right was the Crown Prince who was trying to conceal a smile but was failing miserably. Beside him was Prince Xiaodan who looked like he would rather be somewhere else than there.
"Me too," he almost said to the brother he hated the most. His youngest brother, the other half of a twin, was nowhere in sight. "Where's Zixin?"
