"Tell me, Ink," Tianshi Xue said and flung another knife at her target. "Are there many women in the military?"
"Are you worried about the general cheating on you?" Ink replied amusedly. "I do not think the general would be capable of that. And I didn't think that you're that kind of girl who would be worried about that matter."
"I'm not," she said. She honestly did not know where her faith in Prince Qui stemmed, but she knew that he would not do that. "I'm just thinking, women, get really bored here. Prince Qui is out there getting all the fun and excitement and life-threatening situations while I'm here trying to come up with ideas for the next fundraiser."
"It's not boring to be a woman. It's only boring to be a royal," said Ink.
"Yeah, I guess," Tianshi Xue grumbled and walked to the target. She pulled the blades out one by one. She was getting better at this, much to her surprise, and her shoulders were not giving her that much hell any longer.
