The following morning, Prince Qui finally sent his report to his father and gave a copy to his eldest brother as well. He thought that he would be able to skip the conversation with them to prepare for his task tomorrow, but the emperor and the crown prince held him back, making him sit with them in the war table.
They kept on asking him questions that could be easily answered if they just read his report. Still, he humored the two. He got it, they were only excited of the thought of expansion as well. They were more interested in the numbers than the words that he had put in.
"What's your best suggestion?" asked the crown prince, looking over at some of the graphs that Prince Qui himself could not believe that he had included in that report.
