I must have been in here for almost half an hour before I started to feel my body again. I tried to break out, but the cocoon was really stretchy. Pushing it didn't help at all. I started biting it but that also didn't help. I was thinking of a bone which might be sharp enough to cut it, but I couldn't move that much yet so I stopped thinking about it.
What if I make it wet with my blood. Without a second thought I bit my wrist and blood exploded out of my artery. I was surprised to see that my blood wasn't red. No, it was transparent like water. The web was getting soft really quickly. I kept it soaking for a bit. I then started feeling really dizzy. No wonder, I lost a lot of blood. This was a stupid idea. then I blacked out again.
After waking up for a second time it was really silent first, I could hear some screeching spiders and feel them walking, but now I don't hear nor feel anything. What has happened? I felt that something was approaching. This must be the end, that is probably a spider who is going to eat me.
Then I felt something sharp in my stomach. I felt pain so I screamed. "AAAAHGGGH! FUCK THAT HURTS!" Wait why do I feel pain? I got dropped on the ground the moment I screamed. I could see something through the opening the blade made.
I saw a shocked face. A face. Not a head of a spider, but a human face. He had long red hair with Brown colored eyes. A strong jaw line with a short beard, that was all I could see. He kept looking at me like he saw a ghost. "you're going to free me or what! It wasn't really nice of you to stab me like that you know" I said in an annoyed voice. The face was still looking at me in disbelieve. "Dude help me out here, please I have to take a piss." I said frustratingly. Which was true and it was urgent as well.
The man finally awakened out of his confusion. "You're a tough bastard aren't you. Surviving a bite from a Kuro and my knife. Are you really okay?" the man said compassionately. "yes I'm really okay now, Help me out. I need to get out of here before those giant spiders come back, and I need to take a piss. "Sure." said the man while grabbing his knife.
He ripped it out and I screamed again. "You asshole! Why did you do that!" "Well I needed my knife to cut you out so I took my knife back" he said while playing with his knife. "yeah obviously but couldn't you do it a little more gentle?" The man didn't answer and started cutting me out. "thanks." I said while making a gesture off a handshake. The man shook my hand and said "no problem." smiling. Now I could see how big this guy was.
He was really tall and his muscles where gigantic. He carried a big long sword on his back, which was wrapped in a white cloth. And a long gray coat with holes in it. His hair was bound together with some black cloth, he had this huge scar across his chest. It went from his right shoulder to his left hip. He wore a belt with all sorts of shiny different colored gems. He was smoking a cigarette which he kept in his mouth. He then pointed at my stomach saying "You're a fast healer, it didn't even take a day to heal.".
"A day? Would it normally take a day?"
"no that's already unusual, most injuries take at least a week to heal. You're special kid" he said while looking at me with interest, like I'm artwork displayed in a museum. "Not special enough for that skeleton" I said in a joking manner. I chuckled. "Skeleton? You don't mean Boro the god of the undead?"
"I don't know he was. He was tall with red eyes and a glowing purple gem in his chest. He was a real pain. He threw me all the way here into this spider nest. If you don't mind I'm going to relieve myself." I stared walking away unzipped my pants and let it flow. Then I heard him approaching me fast while saying "You met Boro! The Boro!"
"Yes, I did. I tell you about it later, can you please not come any closer" I said in a desperate attempt so that he would leave me alone while I'm doing my business. "Oh, come on we're both males here what's there to be a shamed off" He said while still walking towards me.
I sighed "fine I met him a couple minutes after getting stuck here. He asked my name I told him my name and he got mad and said I was lying, and that I couldn't be Yuro. Ridiculous right? It's my name I don't know what he wants from me" I said in a joking voice.
I zipped up my pants and turned around to see the man just standing there.
Then he said "Yuro? Basara Yuro?" He looked me straight in my eyes, it was kind of intimidating because he was looking serious. "I can't believe it, you might be from the prophecy."
"Prophecy what Prophecy?" I was really confused because if there was a prophecy, I would have known about it considering I used to rule this world. But why can't I remember anything else? "if you don't even know that, then you can't be Yuro. He then began to start stroking his beard. After a few seconds his face looked like he solved humanity's greatest mystery. ''But maybe you're his child." I didn't want to go deeper into this so I just agreed and said "Yeah, you might be right. By the way you never told your name."
"Oh I'm sorry. My name is Gash." He said while placing his hand on his chest. "oh yeah!" He then whistled and after a couple of seconds a Big White wolf creature with two big gray lines and Light Blue eyes came running at us. "This is Chomp my dog" while he was petting the beast with a big grin on his face. This beast wasn't just a dog, it was way too big to be one. "Well, nice to meet you two" while I was petting the big dog, My stomach made a loud growling sound. Gash Laughed "Are you hungry? I have killed all of these spiders so we have a lot to eat."
"Wait you killed all these spiders alone?" I said while looking around in disbelieve. Gash stared laughing "no off course not. Chomp helped me." He took a sip of his flask and continued laughing. "Here" he handed me his flask. I took a sip without smelling it because I realized I was really thirsty. But I soon recognized it was booze. I wasn't surprised for some reason. "do you have something else like water or something?" I asked while handing the flask back.
Meanwhile Gash dropped a spider corps on a weird stone tablet. Gash looked up "Oh yes off course." He handed me a bottle and said "don't worry it's water this time." He said while grinning. He then said "prep" and the tablet started glowing, and when the glowing stopped the spider corps from before was nicely cut into pieces and cooked. "Wow how did you do that?" I said with stars in my eyes.
Gash told me about how the tablet worked with magic, and the only thing you need to know is how you want the dish to look afterwards. Then concentrate on the tablet say what you want it to do and boom it's done. You could also skin animals with it and much more. It's like a magic tool that does every task you can imagine. Gash handed me the prepped spider. I looked at it condescendingly, Am I really going to eat a spider. Then my stomach answered that for me by making more sound.
I took a bite expecting it to be really tough, but It wasn't, it was pretty sweet and soft. And tasted surprisingly good. While I was eating, I felt something on my leg and it bit me. It was a small spider, must have been a recently born one. I got mad and tried to smash it with my fist but my hand felt really light and when I collided with the spider on my leg, I crushed my leg as well. It didn't hurt that's weird.
Gash saw me do that and was looking at me with interest again. "that's some power you got in that tiny body of yours" gash came closer and said "did you ever train magic or your body? Because that strength isn't normal. And it doesn't look like it faced you when you smashed through your leg. Your regeneration is also above special. I want to train you to help you control that power. I looked at Gash thinking that isn't a bad Idea.
"Yes, that would be great." Gash got up and grabbed his long sword and an intimidating aura exploded out of him. "His eyes and his hair became silver "let's first test out your limits." He started with a big swing with the dull side of his blade, which hit me on my side and send me flying into a wall. Before I could understand what happened, I got grabbed by my leg and he started to smash me into the ground over and over again. I could barely comprehend what was happening. Right now all I saw was a monster who was just making me crash into the ground repeatedly. I couldn't do anything because I was sure every bone in my body was shattered. Then he stopped. He looked at me and said "get up I know you can still move." He crossed his arms and waited till I reacted.
I tried to speak but my jaw wasn't working. It started regenerating. The moment I stood back up I was greeted with an upper cut which send me flying into the ceiling. I dropped down on the ground again. I stared getting mad. I felt it was getting hotter inside my body. Hot like my blood turned into lava. The heat of my body ignited my clothes, burning off my shirt and half of my pants. My mind went blank and a few moments later I woke up on the back of Chomp.
"What happened?" I asked confused. "you're more special then I thought boy. After you finally started using your power all sorts of tattoos appeared on your body. Around your arms and legs were snakes, your stomach a lion head and your chest a dragon. This can only mean one thing kid. Someone sealed your power away with high tier sealing spells. All of them are SSS magic seals. They are only needed when your mana pool is above a million but you have 5.
I'm not able to dispel those nor would I recommend it. Gash grunted. "What happened to you? are you hurt?" I was really concerned because what kind of monster could hurt this guy. "You did idiot. You went all out on me and broke a couple ribs. It's fine I will heal fast. Within a couple days it's perfectly healed again." What did I do? What kind of magic attack did I pull off to hurt you like this?" Gash stared laughing "Magic attack? No kid this was brute strength, you sprinted at me with light speed and punched me in my chest, but then the snake seals wrapped around your body and calmed you down."
"This is crazy how can I have so much power?"
"Well you are the son of the godly being Yuro himself. Oh, look at that, we arrived at my village." Village? Let me see." I saw a big wooden wall around it with weird green glowing chains. We approached the gate and there were 2 Big man guarding it. A ripped Black guy and a White guy. They both were wearing a shiny gray chest plate with an emblem of a cloud with thunder coming out of it. With black shorts and Red shoes. The white guy was a bit smaller than the black guy, but they both had short hair and all sorts of tattoos on their arms and legs.
Gash greeted both of them and they let us through. There where houses everywhere all in the style of a wooden cabin. We walked into a big market place where all sorts of things were getting sold. From food to weird glowing items. We walked further into the village then I saw a giant building. It looked like a mansion, it was made out of stones not wood which didn't fit into the ecstatic of the village. Gash pointed at the building "you go there and tell them that you want to be a new apprentice" before I processed what Gash told me he jumped off Chomp and disappeared into the crowd.
Great, thanks for nothing. I petted Chomp and asked "will you take me there?" while pointing at that building. Chomp started running really fast and jumped from house to house. I struggled to stay on his back but I did manage to stay on. We arrived at the building and a couple guards were standing in front of the door. They stopped us and asked what our reason for visit was. "I want to be a new apprentice" I said "And this is Chomp I came here with Gash but he ran away." The two guards let me in. We walked through a big hallway with a bunch of frames with drawings that would put all the IBB pros in my world to shame.
I assumed they were all the previous alphas from this village. We continued walking till there was a big door. To open it 2 huge guys were needed. It opened with a pretty high speed ,and we were greeted by a room full of the weirdest things I have ever seen. I expected a throne or at least a room with a bunch of chairs or something. No, it was filled with a bunch of work out equipment and rocks on ropes.
In the middle of the room was a beautiful dark-skinned woman doing hand stand pushups with 1 finger. She was wearing leopard skinned clothing that almost didn't cover anything. The tiniest bikini top I have ever seen and really tight pants which showed all of her ass. But the most impressive thing I noticed was her gigantic muscles. Her deep cut abs, her massive legs and impressive sized arms. She stopped doing her pushups and started aproaching us. She waved to the guards and they left.
Now Chomp and I are left with this beautiful amazon savage woman. Chomp jumped up to the woman and she petted him on his head. He clearly liked that because his tail couldn't stop moving. "So, who are you and why are you here? I see you brought Chomp but where Is that worthless husband of mine."
