Just Jay
Jay was miles away from the young fellow after hearing the strange noise coming from him. He couldn't help but think that he knew him somehow, at the same time he thought it might be too much of a coincidence. Jay perched back on his branch and waited until the next light broke through.
When morning came Jay was already roaming the skies, he had almost forgotten how mesmerizing the rise of the first light was. The different shades of oranges and pinks made him feel majestic; a surge of warmth flowed through his entire form. He flew directly into the light like he was in some trance.
